I have pictures for proof. This place was very dirty and smelled terrible. (Like cat pee) bloody mattress and cover. Food/crumbs all over the floors. Stained up and crumbs in chair. Dirty toilet paper behind the toilet. Rooms 117 and room 118. Unfortunately we had to stay because everyone around us was booked. I went to Walmart and got cleaning supplies and cleaned my room myself. 

Go somewhere else

Wi-if was simply not available at our end of the hall. They were aware of the issue but were either unable or unwilling to address the issue.  Biggest problem was a totally inadequate breakfast. There were only a few boxes of dry cereal, some yogurt, bagels and individually bagged waffles that got dropped into a toaster that only half-worked. Apparently they normally have eggs and juice along with other items. They blamed their lack of food on a delayed delivery truck.  This excuse was not believable as they were apparently waiting on this delivery for three days or more. The rooms were clean and the cleaning people were cheerful.  But other than that, there was nothing about this hotel worth recommending. 

Disappointing stop

Run down, mold in shower, peeling paint, broken mirror frame and unfriendly staff. The air-conditioner was so loud we couldn't use it. The only ice machine was out of order. When I asked for water at breakfast (frozen waffles, stale bagels and sausage patties) I was told to buy it out of a vending machine!

Disappointed 

Very clean, our room and every area smelled fresh. Breakfast was more than the advertised Continental, the pool was clean and water a soothing temperature.  All the front desk staff were polite and helpful. Nice Dove soaps, too. Close to variety of dining options.  

Better than expected

I won't come here again! i called a week early and reserved a room with roll in shower, i'm a double amputee, the person was very nice made note i NEEDED this room. When i got there the person at the counter when i gave my name she said "oh, i gave away your room" told me i was getting a room with a tub! can't say she was rude just callous about and didn't care. She even admitted she seen the note about why i needed it. 

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE..ZERO STARS

Horrible place. Pool is freezing cold and rooms with jacuzzi is terrible also. Had to stuff wash cloth in plug and it still didn’t work right.  The whole establishment is terrible . Do not waste your money here 

This place sucks in every way and employees are rude

Dirty and dated. Maid didn’t replace any amenities-coffee,cups. It’s looks like there should be a massager on the bed with a coin machine on the nightstand. The location is the only thing redeeming about this motel. 

Don’t stay here

This used to be a really great hotel, but anymore it's just awful. The girl at the front desk was rude and didn't want to be bothered. There were random people sitting in the hallways and on the stairs, it was really sketchy. The room was dirty (I had to get cleaning supplies to clean it myself,  even after I told the girl at the desk) , the ice machine was broken, and the pool area wasn't great. Will not be staying here again,  too expensive for what you get. 

Not Worth the Price 

no hot food for breakfast except for waffles?  I am celiac, sorry cannot eat that.
room was sold at 130.00 per night, turns out the first wo were $99.00 and the 3rd was $199.00, shoulda coulda left early had we known.  

Unexpected jabs.....

Beds were very comfortable.   The pool was warm and of good size.  Pool hours were accommodating after a long day out exploring Hocking Hills.  Rooms were clean.  Pillows were a bit lumpy and the drains were slow.  Yes  I would stay here again!
