Fraud. The business charged our credit card over $500 even though we called them about the fraudulent booking. Apparently they care more about the dollars than a good, honest name. Don’t trust them. Terrible way to ruin a trip to Old Orchrd Beach.

Awful.  My brother & SIL & i stayed one night.  Paid for 2 wouldn't  refund 2nd night; NOT clean, shower drain caved in, TV finally operational ; broken arm (L) on uncomfortable POS couch; sheets backwards.

I stayed here 8/23 as a single. There were several issues all of which would eliminate this place from any future stay or recommendation:
1) Not any kind of cup in the room. No plastic, paper glass or other option. I believe this is the first place I have ever stayed with no way to drink or rinse.
2) No face towels. Just 2 bath which was ok as I was alone, bur very weird
3) Shower did not work. Water literally just dripped from the shower head so, I had to cup my hands and collect water in order to shower.
4) Coffee maker with no coffee nor coffee cups?? Why have it?
The room was ok, no major issues but this place is definitely a never again for me. 
I wasn't expecting the Ritz, but this was really ridiculous.

This was filthy , had bugs, and I was told, by Sherry, the property manager,  she would honor my booking.com , only to later lie, and say, she wouldn't, and even after a week later, of check out, she is still charging my bank card, and I've had to file fraud claims,  because she was charging me twice for upgraded ammendities,  and my stove didn't even work, and when I used hot plate, that she called it, and had placed on top of stove, it would throw a breaker off, and so would the microwave,  which was the whole reason for charging me the upgrade in first place. I've had to close my bank account down bc of Sherry, the property Manger, and loose 2 jobs, bc of missing work to deal with these fraudulent unauthorized amounts of charges, and when and times that she feels like charging it! She gave out only two towels each, face and body, no foot placement towels, and no hand towels, so you constantly had to go bk and ask, when u can get her to the door, not at the paying customers times,  this was most disgusting poorly ran property!!!

RUN AWAY, ITS BEEN A NEVER ENDING NIGHTMARE!!!

Small and uncomfortable... We chose this location for the kitchenette. There were nice dishes and coffee cups, newer fry pans. No water glasses, no knives for slicing.  Futon was hard and you could feel the springs. We had to sit on our bed pillows. Pool was green, no lounge chairs, only more hard plastic chairs.  No view, you see the tops of buildings. They advertise close to the beach. No...  floors were unclean, especially the bathroom... Bed was clean and OK... It really needs help  Way overpriced for what you get.

Glad it was only 2 nights

The owners seemed really nice but that is the only good thing I can say. We knew that it was going to be small but we had no idea just how tiny it would be. There weren't any closets to hang clothes or even a hook on the wall somewhere. I had to put my hang up clothes behind the toilet hanging in the window. It was really gross to think about but there wasn't even a door to hang them over. There was literally only 3" from my knees to the wall. The couch was so old that we sat on the wood frame through the once cushioned seats. I have cancer and without a comfortable place to sit made for a really poor stay. The bed was comfortable (Thank God!) but that's not enough to make me want to stay again there! The table was broken and looked like someone didn't know what they were doing when it was put together. The pegs on the legs weren't even in the holes and I was next to the table when it started giving way and I almost fell to the floor. My bones are very brittle and if I would have fell it would have put me in the hospital. I already have 6 fractures in my back and I don't need more caused from cheap and poorly put together furniture. There weren't any handicap entrances. All the rooms had 4 over sized steps to get in and out of the rooms making it really difficult for getting in and out. There was only one handrail which I really needed both sides to get in and out of our room safely.

4 nights were really difficult to endure.

I'm not even sure where to start. Before arriving, I received a phone call saying that they manage many properties and I needed to tell them when I am arriving so they will be there to give us the key. We were also told there were no blankets but sheets were provided. If you look on their website versus other ones there is conflicting information, depending on the room. While one says there is a toaster and grill to use, the other says there isn't. It specifically lists there is an outlet by the bed, but ours didn't have one. It also says sound proof rooms, which is an outright lie. At night, I actually had to look outside to see if our neighbors were sitting in front of our door because the sound of them loudly and drunkenly talking was traveling straight into our room. They were in front of their door, not ours. We had to blast the TV to drown them out, even with our AC on high. Luckily, the TV was working because it had been working only intermittently. 
I should really start from the beginning though. We checked in and as soon as we walked into the queen room we saw that it hadn't been swept. There was dirt, sand and dog hair very visibly all over the floors. I opened the mini fridge to put some of our things away and decided to keep it all in our cooler because the shelves were dirty and there was even food left in the freezer. Before I even walked into the bathroom, the reeking stench of urine hit me. It smelled like people had been peeing on the floors for multiple days. By then, I started to look up any other rooms available at last minute nearby. As you can imagine, I didn't find any. We put some of our things down and I saw that every surface--on top of the fridge, tables, dresser- were dirty. I imagine that one stay wouldn't have caused so much filth. I really feel as though it went multiple stays without being cleaned. Someone had also dropped a bag behind one of the tables. With corona on the prowl, I really felt uncomfortable touching other people's things. Although, with nothing being wiped down already what's the difference? We called to tell them about most of these issues. We were told that someone would come by to clean it properly. We waited around about 10 minutes and the man who checked us in came to clean. He sprayed some very noxious bleach cleaner and did a quick wipe down of the bathroom. Nothing else was done. We had to go to Walgreens ourselves to buy cleaner and paper towels just to feel like we could stomach staying in the place. 
We were also told that there was a pet fee when we checked in. Nothing on their website said anything about this. We were already there with our dog so we had to choice but to keep him with us. Later on, the charge was put through without any other word about it. I wasn't asked to sign for the charge at all. 
On top of the filth we encountered already, the sink barely had any flow at all. It took a long time to wash our hands. There was no hand towel provided either. Luckily I had brought a small one. Only two small bath towels, two wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner and a bar of soap was provided. No bath mat either. I really cringed getting out of the shower to put my bare feet on the floor. Not that it mattered so much, because the paint that's peeling off the shower floor provided my feet with some coverage as it stuck to my feet. The shower, as you can imagine, had a low flow as well. It also loudly dripped all night no matter how tightly we turned the handles off. 
The only positive is you can walk to the beach from here. It's only about a 6 minute walk. If you don't feel like walking to the beach you can head over to the pool, if you don't mind dog hair. People were swimming in the pool with their dog while we stayed. 
The only positive was the close proximity to the beach. Was it worth a filthy, uncomfortable room? Absolutely not. The condition of this place is disgusting. With corona looming, it's simply irresponsible and unsafe. Unbelievable.

The place is a frat house..broken furniture, peeling ceilings, broken dispenser/rack, dirty sheets, filthy floors, dripping outside gutters, mice.. just horrible. Did I mention TV or Internet not working.. 

I will hear about this for years to come from my family !!

Expected little but received less

Forget the bad reviews, this place.is under new ownership. The people that worked there were friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean and comfortable. It was a very nice time. There was always a nice breeze and ample sun and shade for all at the pool. We will definitely return here our next trip.

Under new ownership

I had a wonderful time here the first week in September. The room was well appointed with comfy beds, great A/C, and blackout curtains! I really appreciated having the hotplate, pans, dishes and other kitchen items as well as the seating area for a quick meal. The motel is close to amusements and the pier but far enough away that the noise isn’t an issue. The staff was friendly and accommodating and offered helpful suggestions. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
