Unit 73, building #2 is right in front of a bus stop which is free and will take you downtown so you don’t even need your car. Very short walk to the chair lifts and a golf coarse which during the winter season have great cross country skiing and snowshoeing. You can walk to the heated pool and jacuzzi. Parking garage is underneath the building with steps to the next levels. Always cleared of snow and ice melt is down. Walking in the back door is a place for your skis and boots. Beach towels for the pool/jacuzzi. Three bedrooms with one a loft. Half and full bath on first floor with one bedroom queen bed. The best bed I’ve ever slept on and is a Tempurpedic mattress which is also upstairs. Greatly appreciate the fully supplied kitchen and empty frigerator. We like to cook our own breakfast and lunch in. Dinner out every night. The dining is a table for six with 4 barstools at the counter. Nice seating in the living room w/a gas fireplace. Four TVs. A deck with charcoal grill. Upstairs is the loft, queen bed, a full bathroom and third bedroom has a queen bed w/twin bunk above it and a twin next to it. Grocery store and Starbucks (yuck) around the corner, plus a gas station. Many restaurant’s with close drive without going downtown. All and all, my only complaint would be, not enough lighting in the living space. The beds had plenty of covers and blankets and the towels were great. Coffee maker takes cone filters which is supplied in a drawer. Big closets and drawer space for clothes. We will use this unit again and may need 2 units next time to bring more friends and family. So close to everything!

We stayed in this unit for a quick getaway. The condo is close to Main Street and the slopes, plus there is bus service, making it extra convenient. The parking garage (covered parking) is just a few steps from the condo. While the condo is part of a complex, this unit is quite private with views of aspen trees and a grassy area from the living space. 

There are two king beds and another room with a pair of twin beds. The beds are super comfy with luxurious bedding - and all very tastefully furnished. The main two bedrooms also have private baths. We stayed with another couple and really enjoyed the privacy between the upstairs and downstairs rooms. 

We had a great meal prepared in the full kitchen - full-size fridge, full-size range and a dishwasher, plus plenty of counter space. Cooks will not suffer in this kitchen! The unit also has a table that seats eight, a big leather wraparound sofa plus additional chairs surrounding a fireplace and TV. 

Outside on the small patio, overlooking a large grassy area (great for family games in the warmer months), there is a hot tub (just for this unit's use) a BBQ and patio furniture. 

Unit #94 is a great getaway base for family fun - no matter the season!

#94 is Beautiful!

I'm a frequent traveler to Park City, usually for skiing. Stayed this time in summer and did some mountain biking. I found the unit on VROB (or HomeAway or AirBnB..one of those) What a great location, with the base lift practically across the street. I've stayed in various Three Kings units multiple times and all the condos have been good. #74 has a one of the best locations of all. One bedroom plus a loft bedroom, plenty of space and super open views of grassy areas, trees, and mountains. Kitchens and baths appear to be original but nice and clean. Comfortable bed. DVR allows you to record TV shows or access movies, plus the owners have the TV episode saved on the DVR where they are looking at multiple places and end up (spoiler alert) buying the unit we stayed in. Fun stuff! 
No car required...this unit is right next to a public bus stop that takes you to PC resort, Main Street PC, or Deer Valley. Short walk to town (I'm guessing a mile) where there are a number of great places to eat and drink. Or just take the free bus from in front of the condo into town. The pool and hot tub are pretty close to the unit, maybe about a short block away. The owner had the place well stocked with coffee, filters, and condiments. Great place!

Perfect Location at #74 in Three Kings

Started out in the Park Avenue condos. Please take note that the Park Avenue condos have NO AIR CONDITIONING! So although we LOVED the condo, it was so hot that I thought we may die of heat! Haha! The coolest room in the place was 87*, but the upstairs bedroom had to be at least 100* because 87* almost felt cold! So after no sleep, I went and talked to the office manager, they switched us over to the Three Kings. I rented a gold unit, and they could only find a unit in Three Kings that was rated a silver unit, but it didn't matter. We really enjoyed our stay at unit #36, and would rent it again! We had a full size kitchen and family room, my kids each had their own rooms, bathrooms, and space ~ and I paid the same amount that I about booked a two tiny bed hotel room for! Unit #36 is on hole 15 at the Park City golf course. I enjoyed early morning walks on the course, and sitting out on the patio enjoying the views and watching the golfers play.

Switched from Park Avenue to Three kings...

Very nice condo close to Park City resort.  We stayed in Bldg 6 (across from the Three Kings Cabana), and it was about a block walk to the ski lift.  There's also a bus stop that can take you to the main part of the Park City resort or into Park City.  

Grocery store is about a 10-minute walk, which we chose to do instead of driving, because traffic leaving the resort is terrible after the lifts shut down for the day.

Communal laundry room in each building (you ask at the cabana for the key) and underground parking.

We got a studio silver condo, which was a nice basic condo.  Our condo had wifi, but I think that's condo specific.

Small TV, and we really had to crank the sound up since the heating system is pretty loud.  But we weren't in Park City to watch TV :-)

Great stay -- we definitely plan to return next year!

Convenient lodging, walk to skiing & grocery

A nice property in a very good location for the chair lifts. It would have got a 5 had it been a little more modern. If it was updated it would be a fantastic property. Maybe a little small for a family of 6 but all in all it was very good. Parking underneath was very convenient. I would book this property again.

Great Location for Skiing

Unit 66:  OK unit but a bit disappointed in my stay.  Booked thru Identity properties and paid premium rate for stay over New Years holiday.  Pros: located in bldg 7 next to pool and hot tub, across street from bus stop, nice view of golf course and X country skiers.  Cons: very cold tile floor (no carpet) in kitchen/den, appliances poor (noisy microwave, noisy dishwasher, fridge french door closing latch malfunctions often), hot water pipes vibrate loudly at times, internet speed only fair (streaming movies had hiccups), TV screen does not use HDMI cables (uses composite cables), fireplace is gas and not real wood, venetian blinds broken, main king bed mattress needs replacement, sheets fit poorly, poor decor (painted walls and low quality wood moulding trim).  U can ski into condo from Ligety split run>residential access detour>walk Crescent Rd 340 ft south> ski shortcut east thru bldgs exiting between bldg 6 and 8.

This was a great place for a family of 6 (4 teens) to go for a week of spring skiing.
Amenities and appliances were complete and modern. Location was great, just a short walk from the unit to the lift. I would park the car with boots and gear in the lot next to the lift and walk back to the unit in the morning around 8. we would all then walk to the car and put on boots at 9 and get on the lift. Ski all day and anyone could go back to the car and change and go into the resort to eat or shop after skiing. Sitting in the sun at the Pig in the afternoon was awesome. Only disappointment was the hot tub went down on our last day due to a pump. That was the only negative, and was beyond their control.

The apartments are clean and spacious, with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a porch with a mangal. They are located near the elevators. 5 minutes on foot or by bus.
