Literally the worst place I've stayed I won't even lift the bed sheets. Already paid and in the middle of nowhere so we'll spend the night then high tail it out. The water is brown. The ac only spits out HOT air and the outlet it is plugged in to is falling out of the wall. The TV is an old box TV with no remote and bad screen. The bathroom light is loud and flickers. There is GUM stuck to our headboard.. nice late night snack I suppose. Wifi is awful. Smells dusty. $60 for a sweaty dirty night without a shower.

Sleep in your car.

This place is disgusting.  I couldn't even stay but ten minutes.  When we pulled in there was a prostitute getting arrested in the front. Still attempted to go in just telling myself it was for a couple hours rest. room smelled like a cigar, burn holes, no remote for the tv, TV had an inch of nicotine stuck to it, I assume from the cigar or blunts or whatever, bathroom shower curtain was broken and had a foot of mold on the bottom and dead cockroaches in the corner..   No thank you I'm out!!  Absolutely disgusting..   Sleep in your car instead and don't do it in that parking lot cause its  dangerous

Don't waste your time, better off sleeping in your car

The “owner/manager” pictures on the front do not represent this place whatsoever absolutely over 20 year old photos. I wish I’d taken some but I don’t want to remember this stay at all. I stopped her with my 2 young daughters on a trip back from FL to VA, we had been driving in horrible traffic then it started raining ( my desperation) only place available for an hour I can’t even begin to say how horrible this place was, someone urinated in the tub, there was a brown substance on the toilet handle and wall, hair and crumbs in our sheets, stains on the pillows, mold, chipping paint the list goes on, I would never stay here again!!  I will sleep in my car or the campground at south of the border up the street 😳 

Stoped for the night traffic and weather 

Thank god I only had to stay there for one night. Room smelled mildewy, cockroaches in the bathroom, fire hazards at the electrical outlets, inside of microwave rusted. Most disgusting place ive ever stayed at in my life, advised my company to never rent a room for me or any of my fellow employees here ever again.

Disgusting

To start with the hotel had BLACK MOLD in the AC and COCKROACHES in the bath room.
My great granddaughter has a compromised immune system and so does my husband. The place WOULD NOT give them back their money so I called Orbitz to see what they could do. They tried the hotel but was told to call back when the manager was there in the morning. Orbitz said they would see what they could do. I the mean this I am writing this review which I would give a 0 to but could not the system will not let you do that. I am also writing review on Yelp as well. I also will be calling the heath department in the morning to get them closed down until these problems are fixed. They should be ashamed of themselves. I hope this helps someone else who might think of staying at this place.

BLACK MOLD in the AC and COCKROACHES

We have stayed at cheap motels while on the road before just to rest and continue but this Super Inn has nothing super about it. Not so cheap, paid 58 dollars for one night. Towels were dirty, sheets were also dirty, no hot water and the telephone  did not work. The rug looked filthy and the shower curtain was full of mildew at the bottom.  We had driven for 12 hours and were very tired but we could. It wait till morning to leave that dump. We were afraid to touch anything !  Please do not stay here. It was a horrible experience ! We could not even complain at checkout since no one came to the front desk. 

Super Horrible 

This is a very dated motel.  The property is not maintained and the room we were in was not acceptable.  We tried to plus our cell phones into the wall sockets and they are so worn out that they would not allow the charger to connect.  The bathroom was in dire need of a deep cleaning.  We would not take our shoes off because of the age and condition of the carpeting.  We ended up resting for just a few hours before heading on down the interstate.  The only positive to this hotel is its location near the Interstate and its close proximity to, "South of the Border" if you happen to be visiting that attraction.

Nothing is super about the Super Inn in Rowland.

People, please bypass this place. Keep driving, don't stop.  I only took a few pics because I just wanted to get out of this roach infested place. My fiance stood here years ago when it was under BETTER management and was very pleased, so we decided to just stay here.  We got in around 2am, so we didn't have time to find another place to stay at.  Roaches falling from curtains, dead roaches in drawers, spider webs on cups, an oily substance on remote, men's underwear hanging from above the hangers, men's tee shirts behind bed,  yellow stains on pillows cases, ripped pillow cases. Then asked for new ones...they have none. Smh. I can keep going but you get the picture.  The Caucasian lady manager was really nice and tried to work with us when we asked for our monye back, hkwever the owners, well the husband was absolutely rude and disgusting.  Luckily we got our money back, and the police didn't have to get called.  Save your $40 or $50, and find elsewhere to stay. This place even for the very cheap price is not worth even a short stay.

An absolute disgrace and just pure nasty

This is the sort of "Hotel"one rents by the hour, not for periods of time when one is traveling. You start the registration process by sliding your license underneath bulletproof glass because the lobby is locked. Run-down doesn't even begin to describe the place. I've been too burned out buildings in inner city Baltimore that were in better shape. And then there's the room... There really aren't words to describe the room. I was kind of Trapped because I needed a place to stay for work although sleeping on the side of the road in a rest area might have been a better option. I'm hoping the apartment that I'm looking at tomorrow comes through and that pray God I don't get bed bugs!! As it is my dog's crate in the back of my car is starting to look pretty darned appealing right now.....

Oh my GOD!

This is a typical what you get what you pay for $40 for a one night stay and if I sleep I will give them 2 stars. It's creepy, near that awful South of the Border scam lowbrow annoying ripoff carnival right on the i-95 NC -SC Border. The clerk questioned the billing arranged by Hotels.com. Now I'm wondering if I'm going to get double billed. In other words She was telling me your guilty until proven innocent. Come to front desk on morning for your final judgement. I was hoping to break a bad string of Model super 8 debacle only yet to discover the Super Inn was part of the same poorly run super 8 motel chains. No WIFI password was provided but it was only $40 and you get what you pay for.
