Clean and comfy!  This motel gave was both! Definitely dated but everything was in working order and the place was very clean.  Several fast food places nearby.  There are lots of “chain” hotels in the area , but we were
Glad to support the local independent business!  We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfy

The room was very nice. Well appointed. Very comfortable. Very well maintained. Comfortable carpets, comfortable beds with sitting area  in front of the window.  Great motel experience. 
Very convenient to drive up and park in front of your room. 
I would recommend this motel. 

Great value, clean, friendly staff 

For the value we got the room for, it was good to have a roof over our heads for a night. it was musty but the beds were comfortable enough to help us sleep. It was nice that we had a double room to sleep. The bathroom was in the middle of the rooms. We felt safe and enjoyed our 12 hours we spent there. Check-in and Out was easy too.

Nice place to sleep

Seemed like a nice enough room; had a fridge and microwave, bed was soft.  

However, I woke up to a bunch of bedbug bites.  When I called for a resolution to this, I explained, "I stayed in Room 108 and I believe it has bedbugs. I am covered in bites of some kind, either bedbug or flea.  You might want to get that taken care of."

The woman said flatly, "We don't have bedbugs." Umm...

Thankful to find after the hotel I booked at cancelled my reservation.
Hotel rooms are very clean.  Staff very friendly.  Room had a terrible mold odor.  Beds...we joked and thought we were sleeping on the box spring.  Very happy we found ...we were attending a concert at the CMAC ...and didn’t want to drive back to Buffalo.

Thankful to find

Room was clean and beds were very conformable and owners were helpful. Recommend this hotel for its value. My room was small but nice for one or two. Maybe they have larger rooms for bigger parties. Also had medium size frig and microwave.

Nice value

Nice hotel. Conveniently located near I-90. Clean and quiet.  Had just had a full day at Niagara, NY and was heading East and needed a place to sleep. They were friendly and helpful. Lots of food options close by.

Family Vacation

Needed a place tp stay after a show at the CMAC.  Waited too long to find something closer, but this place is very convenient - right off the 90, 25 minutes to the CMAC & as all the other reviews will tell you - clean, which is most important!

basic, inexpensive, clean

Rooms are small, but clean with new carpet and ceramic tiled floors. Close to many restaurants , Eastview mall, and I-90. We have stayed here many times for 2 night mini getaways.  Wifi is spotty and so are tv channels, but it is a good place to sleep and shower , if you have plans to go out for the day. Room has a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker which is nice. 

Convenient location

We stayed in this motel on the way between Niagara Falls and Boston, found it on the Internet, they offered us an excellent solution for our needs (two rooms with communicating bathroom). It's exactly what you'd expect from an American motel: carpets, vintage furniture, curtains and flowery blankets: it's a very clean place, so don't let me be fooled by the outside.
