There was no fruit, only 1 flavour of yogurt, had to ask for waffle mix and wait. No pastry or danish or anything. Only hot item was plain egg. Bed was comfy but room was extremely outdated. Would not stay here again.

Terrible breakfast choice and room was very outdated

This hotel has potential. It would have gotten a 2 but the staff were friendly and deal was great. There were several rooms that wouldn't open with the keys and areas that need renovation but ther is a plan for renovation. In addition, the deal was fabulous and bed was decent. 

Has potential

This place is a DUMP!  From the minute I walked in to the minute I checked out I cringed every time I turned around.  The clerks were clearly drug abusers, unkept, dirty clothes, uncombed hair. The in room safe didn't work.  I complained about it the female clerk gave me a blank look.  I asked her if any of them worked in the hotel.  Again, a blank look.  The employees are total imbeciles.  I have some valuable items and medicines which I wouldn't dream of leaving in my room.  I had to pack everything up everyday and head out for the day.  I came back and needed a spare room key.  While waiting in line the staff was fighting over scheduling issues and the people in front had ti wait because their room hadn't been cleaned.  The clerk informed them he would take 5 minutes and clean the bathroom.  5 minutes to throughly clean a bathroom???  My room. The sheets are wrinkled but I could find no other evidence of some sleeping in it but I suspect the sheets are old.  The carpet is matted down, the door lock assembly is loose and the dead bolt won't engage.  There is t one USB port in the whole room.  

Please spare yourself the hassle, the unpleasantry, and shear creepy nature of this place.

NASTY!!!!!

To call this place a terrible hotel is letting it off easy.  It is beyond disgusting-the carpet is likely the original from when it first opened and based on the debris the vacuum hasn’t worked in years.  The bathroom floor was “slippery” and covered with several short black hairs-the towels were dirty and there were no drain covers in the sink or the shower so if you dropped anything-you weren’t going to get it back. I’d honestly prefer sleeping on a park bench than this place.

Keep Driving

This hotel is under renovation BUT worst hotel stay we have ever had. As a Wyndham diamond member, very disappointed. Due to our lock on room door unable to open with a key card, staff ahd to let us in our room every time. New locks have been ordered but hadn't arrived yet. Was an incovenience. Smoke dector in room was not hooked up, wires were hanging from the ceiling, found detector in a drawer. Phone was not working so if if we needed help we couldn't call front desk. Recliner in room was old and dirty, ben pillows were hard and old blanket on the bed. When we asked staff if there was another room awailable, he asked if there was something wrong with our room, we mentioned the above issues and didn't seem concerned. Staff is inexperienced or not well trained. The second night of our stay we booked a room for our grandson only to find out when he tried to check in the reservation had been cancelled. By whom I have no idea but it wasn't me. I received an e-mail the next day regarding cancellation. We didn't even attempt to try breakfast, this hotel is in dire need of repair and updating!

Disappointed hotel stay

Carpet in room not vacuumed and dirty floor in bathroom including long hair on floor. Personal at front desk quite indifferent both at check in and next morning. Could not connect to wifi with password given. As a rewards member disappointed in this Wyndham facility. Will not return.

Room lacking in cleanliness

There was a bathroom leakage staff seemed to not care. All she said was okay thank you for telling me and just continued with having me sign the papers and checking me out didn’t offer a discount or refund like most hotels would.

Even in a Non-Smoking room there was cigarette burns in all the blankets, sheets and bedding, even the curtains. Found random items left from the visitors before. When getting hot water for the lobby for hot chocolate, a bug came out of the dispenser. We will NEVER stay here again. The cost was ridiculous for the quality of the hotel.

Find a different place to stay.

The carpet was stinky. The hallway smells like pot. The room is not sound proof you can hear every foot step and stomping of the guests above you. The room was spendy for it's condition. I can not recommend this place at all.                                                                   

Stinky Carpet and Not Sound Proof Rooms

This hotel is in very bad need of renovation. 

We stayed as a group with 3 rooms. One carpet the other hard surface flooring. Upon arrival it was apparent the rooms had not been cleaned. The floors were not vacuumed or swept, the toilet seats were dirty,  stained carpet, stained fabric on chairs, the room smelled of smoke and pot.  One of the exit doors was closed and had been for some time.   

Hotel seems to be renting rooms for extended stays and have people living there.  

The only bright spot was the desk employee who had been on the job for less than a month . She did a great job to contact people she needed to get them on site to review the situation.
