Spent 8 days. Had to ask for towels everyday.
The hotel charged me double and I had to FIGHT to reverse the charges. Then to top this sh*t show off, bed bugs REALLY FOR $88 A NIGHT!!! 
Never again and no one I work with either.
Gross hotel, run by dirty people!!!

Bed bugs!

I can't even give this stay 1 star. First, I was given a room, when the door closed it wouldn't latch. I was given a second room, there was no kleenex, the smoke alarm was falling off the wall and there was mold on the ceiling tile. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9. I got there at 8:00 and there was not any hot food. I went to the vending machine and the snack machine was completely empty. My room keys only worked half the time. I had to keep getting them reset

Terrible Hotel

Check in was easy, and when we got to our room, it looked clean.  We had a king bed room, Microwave & Fridge, Coffeemaker, Couch, Desk, Large Vanity outside the bathroom, Good shower, good towels, and comfortable bed.

Everything else was downhill!  They advertise hot breakfast, and put out 10 sausage links, some powdered eggs, bread, and cereal!  Toaster did not work, waffle iron did not work, microwave did not work, no pastries or muffins.    

No soap for the sink or tub, 1 coffee bag and one that had been opened.   Lumpy pillows, dingy wash cloths, and a large gob of something on top of the mop board in bathroom ( I sincerely hope that it was caulk).

We would not stay there again!!!!!

Lack of Management and Maintenance

The Pros
The hotel is convenient off of interstate I-55.
Rooms were clean.
Several eating facilities close by.

The Cons
The outside of hotel was disgusting.
There's trash absolutely all over the place.
Broken beer bottles and bags of trash, unhealthy at best.
We were told they have a hard time finding help....well how about taking an hour or so and do it yourself.
Landscaping is lacking.......this used to be a very attractive building and surroundings.
Mattresses are in bad need of upgrading. Very very hard.
Miniature bar of soap and no towel bars.......shower water was luke warm to take a shower.
Some electrical outlets were missing covers..... a hazard it would seem.
Building itself is in need of freshening up.

Average at best.......

We stayed in the 2nd floor jacuzzi suite. The bed was clean, bug free, comfortable, with lovely blankets and plenty of good quality pillows. The room was clean however could use a little maintenance. We had to make sure to pull the door closed a few extra times to make sure it latched. Perk-  There was Enough hot water to have several relaxing baths in the jacuzzi tub. It felt like a treat in a small town.

Breakfast was disappointing however the waffles are great. Everything else was watered down or out. 

Location- right off highway, across from fuel and Walmart. It was quiet and felt safe. 

Check in/out: they allowed us to check in early which I was very thankful for and even offered to pay extra. I had requested a late check out (noon instead of 11), when I called ahead of time they said they could do no problem, at check in they stated they could no longer accommodate that request. If I had known that earlier we might have changed hotels. But overall I would stay there again

Jacuzzi Suite

the hotel was quality inn in perryville,mo it was very clean and the workers were very kind and helpful. my room had a really nice couch in it. they have free wifi and free breakfast.

the one thing that i wasn't impressed with was the breakfast the eggs tasted fake and the sausage was hard like it might have been greasy then it hit the air and it got hard and there wasnt very much in the pan of eggs or sausage when i got to the breakfast a little after 7am. they were out of milk for the cereal and limited on bread and pastry's .

clean and friendly

Conveniently located off I-55 for overnight stay and reasonably priced. Room was clean and comfortable bed. The only demerit from us would be the breakfast was limited - only waffles for hot breakfast. Would recommend it to others for overnight stay.

Convenient

i travel for work and i have stayed in many hotels. this one was the first one where u dont get to choose what floor u are on. i wanted 2nd floor but was told cant have 2nd floor untill 1st floor was filled. the room smelled like an old wet dog smell. there was a dirty, used bar of soap in the bathroom, trash underneath the sink, wash cloths were dingy and not white. AND there was a broken door latch.  It was noisy on a sunday night. i heard upstair noises around 11pm and ppl going past my window. i did not feel safe, couldnt sleep and my 12 hr shift was hell the next day. The only good thing i can say that is good is that the bed was firm, other than that, i will NOT be spending my hard earn dollars on this hotel. Hotels only have one time to make good impression and this one did not impress me at all.

dirty, not safe, noisy

Staff is very friendly and recognized me as a Choice Hotel member. Even though it's next to the Interstate, it was quite. Stayed here 3 years ago and because of the near by lake just had to come back. Easy access to the Hotel, plus Imo's Pizza delivery is perfect!!

Very Peaceful stay.

Pulled off the interstate for some rest after a long drive. Two queen beds on a Friday night was very affordable. Staff was polite and friendly. Mattresses were good compared to others we have had this trip. Bathtub was odd. Bottom was curved, which might be great for bathing, but it made taking a shower very difficult. Hard to keep your balance while soaping your hair with your eyes closed. Otherwise good place to sleep. Very convenient for interstate traveler. Walmart right across street.
