BEWARE!!! THIS THIS PLACE IS ROACH AND BEDBUG INFESTED! THE COPS get called almost weekly here I've heard gunshots go off  near my room. The owners Sunny and Monica are unfit to be owners because they don't know how to run a hotel none the less 2 hotel's (the flagship Inn). And they completely rude and get special perks because they know the Petersburg Health Inspector. I will be getting this place shut down soon it is unfit and unstable for human living conditions!!

This place is disgusting!!! It's infested with roaches, bed bugs and mice...DO NOT STAY HERE! Management is rude and in denial about the ridiculous state of their establishment. The mattresses and carpets haven't been replaced in decades...DO NOT STAY HERE!

IF YOU LOOKING FOR A CHEAP PLACE TO STAY ALONG YOUR ROUTE DOWN SOUTH DON'T STAY HERE!!!
I can't say enough about how bad this place is...to start, the room cost was $50 and we are watching our credit card to make sure we get refunded.  After seeing the conditions of the room, and the clients who obviously are LIVING at this fleabag, we asked for a refund.
The attendant at desk gave us a key to room and told us to drive around to the back of motel and we were to be on the second floor.  We did see a room open with piled up mattresses in one room, dirty clothing outside another room, someone's shoes outside another room and a vehicle that was obviously NOT in running condition with smashed out windows....  And undesirable "neighbors" sitting outside their rooms.  Inside the room we were given was what I would say is undesirable conditions at even $50.00.  
There is no way I would feel safe with the door looking as though a gentle kick or push would open it.  On top of that, I'm sure with the clients "staying" there the action begins at sunset.  
If possible I would give this place zero stars

BEWARE AND STAY AWAY****

Rooms smell, carpet was from decades ago,so are the stains.
Spring cage matresses that the bigs ate the stuffing out f feels like sleeping on a shopping cart.
Ignorant desk lady who would not supply change for a dollar stole my hanging bag of chips in the snack machine when I went to the room for more change. There are over 30 abandon cats who hang out here who keep everyone provided 28th fresh fleas daily....

This place is a joke my bathroom sink has been clogged for a week. I've told the front desk and maintenance and they act like its a big joke. You have to chase housekeeping around to get your towels and if you leave them outside your door they take your towels and leave without giving you fresh ones. There are roaches and fleas. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Beyond pathetic

Upon check in once I arrive at my room I checked  the sheets they were dirty haven't been changed.so I asked for a Nother wrong with clean linen. Around midnight I was attacked by bedbugs. I went back to the front office to ask for a refund and was told I could only be given another room. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!
