Cabin was clean and had all the facilities you would expect, Wi-Fi was good. We were there on Sunday and Monday so the restaurant was closed so cannot comment on the food. The only downside was that the cabins are located between a very busy road and a very busy railway line so not much sleep 💤 

Clean but very noisy 

Do not waste your money on this motel! We had one night on our vacation that we didn’t have a room and my husband booked us at this place! We wanted to eat at the restaurant but when we arrived at 4:00 pm along with about 6 other people behind us, we were told the restaurant was closing early to go to a birthday party, what? The room was ok, bed hard and uncomfortable. The train tracks were about 20 feet behind our room and the highway was 20 feet in front. My husband counted 6 trains going through during the night! We took morning showers and guess what, no hair dryer!!! What kind of place doesn’t have hair dryers!!! I don’t understand why this place is in business and why they don’t feel guilty taking money from people.

I hope you don’t have to stay here!!

Drive right past this place.  We reserved the room a few weeks in advance at a rate of almost $200 a night.  Our room looked nothing like any of the photos.  We were supposed to have a queen bed, which we did not.  Our room had a full size bed and a single bed,  The full size bed was pushed up against the wall, forcing one person to climb over the other to get out of bed.   
 The bed linens on the full size were stained in a couple of areas. We had a lot of road noise from the highway in front and the train to the rear, closing the windows did not help at all.  The door to the bathroom did not latch nor  close properly.  Our room had an easy chair, but it in a area that made it unusable.  The room did have a small refrigerator and a small microwave.  The office does not "open" until about 11:00 AM and closes about 9:00 PM. The walls between rooms are so thin we could hear people on both sides of us.  We had one tiny trash can for the whole room

Don't... Just Don't

Don't bother stopping at this location, Owner managed to offend all 6 adults in our part in a matter of minutes. Owner micro manages everything from not shutting the entrance door fast enough to being sure if you used the facilities you purchased something. Very Rude. Signs up that bathrooms for paying customers etc stating the nearest bathrooms were 3 miles one way and 6 miles the opposite direction. Not Very professional and not idea about customer service. Keep on driving to next location.

Dont Bother stopping here

Stopped for lunch and enjoyed their Asian offerings. Chicken and vegetable fried rice were very good as were the pot stickers appetizer. More than we could eat so we took some home. Friendly staff had homemade crafts to sell as well.

Great cafe

We had a very nice lunch at the cafe. They have a small menu of both American and Asian foods. We were very impressed with the service- our water glasses were filled constantly, the food came in a fair amount of time, and servers checked and re-checked to make sure that everything was OK. They DID have Wi-fi, which helped pass the time. The food was very good and the portions were large.

Love the place! The owners are amazing and so is the staff! They really were great while we stayed a week there. The only complaint I have is they could upgrade the mattresses. Otherwise it’s perfect. Can’t wait to vacation there again.

Cozy little cottage

This is not a fancy place. It is kind of far from the entrances to the park, but we were darn lucky to find a place for four nights at a reasonable price. Small rooms, but very clean and as previous reviewers have stated, the owners are very helpful. If you are a light sleeper, the walls aren’t too thin, but the road noise might present a problem. With those comfy beds, I slept like a baby, though. Bonus- you get your own table top ice maker. No runs outside for ice!

It depends

There's no internet, no wifi and no network in that hotel which was awful as we were a big group and we couldn’t contact each other. I would avoid any hotel that doesn’t provide any wifi. People should do the same too. They should introduce WiFi asap.

No Internet & Network

We travel a lot and have been in many different Hotel/motels over the years.  We are pretty tolerant.  The Inn was charming and clean for an old building.  Bathroom was up dated and clean, and the beds were comfortable.  It was convenient that you parked just in front of the room.  

Check in was in the house behind the cafe which if I have been along I would have been a  little uncomfortable. The room was extremely hot when we entered and we looked for AC.  My bad.  I went back and checked and it did state there was no Air conditioning. 

I was a little up set because I always check the filter for AC we sleep better in cold and sleep is very important for a good vacation.  So we though no problem we are in the mountains so it should cool off soon.  There was a thermostat for the heater/fan but it was locked and there was no way to turn the fan on.  It did come on ever hour or so for 10 to 15 min and it was delightful as it drew the cool air in, however it was not enough to actually change the heat in the room.  And it did nothing for the noise.   We left all the windows open and used the 2 box fans they had in the room.  A little better accept the box fans never brought in the cooler air.  It was at least 10 degrees different from out side to inside all night and well into 5 am when we gave up sleep and decided to leave before the end of our booking (one more night). 

The biggest problem was the Inn is situated on the Highway about 30 feet from the road.  So the sound of that added to the back window was only about 50 feet from the railroad tracks.  See Goggle Earth picture below.

We left a note telling them we would not be staying the additional nigh and asked for a refund stating that the room was hot and very noisy and we did not get any sleep.  The did call us back a day or so later to ask the problem but said their policy was to not refund so that was that.    

If this Inn would invest in some kind of window or wall AC unit the stay would have been delightful and we would not be writing this aweful review.
