I called and booked a room with my credit card over a week in advance for a family member flying in from out of state.  This very rude employee calls me around the time of check in to tell me they have overbooked and there is no room available.  She gave no other options for accommodations elsewhere, no concern was given at all.  She kept saying over and over- I don't know what to tell you but we got no rooms. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this place.  I drove over there just to see the place and I am actually glad they were overbooked- the place is disgusting.

Rude employee and now no place to stay

Awful on all accounts. Filthy rooms, tricky unfriendly, unrelatable, unaccommodating, and trifling stafff with the motto 'this aint the Hilton'. That seemed the be the go to phrase with any complaint. Everyone looked at me as if i was speaking a different language whenever i asked if the room could be cleaned better. The entire staff acted as though i was bothering them just by my prescence. Drove 9 hrs from Louisiana for them to give away our room while we already had it reserved with a credit card and photo id

Had a last minute trip to Montgomery. All my typical hotels were booked so I found this place, pictures looked ok so I booked it. I arrived at about 8:30 after a long day, and after some driving around I find it. So, I pulled in and walked to the office. Posted on the door was a " we close at 7 pm" sign and call this number. So, ok I called this number and it went to voicemail, and I got a text back that said "I can't talk right now, I'll call you back shortly". Um ok. So by that time a gentleman walks over to me with a paper in hand and I tell him who I was and that I made reservations via Orbitz. He did not have me on his list and he walked around the back and a lady walks out, who I believe was the GM. She told me they close at 7. I told her I had a prepaid Orbitz reservation for this evening. She replied that she ran the reservations from Expedia and one other site (I do not remember the name but it was NOT Orbitz ) and I was not listed. I was truly dumbfounded they were closed, after all they are a hotel? I was told they were an EXTENDED STAY hotel. Well to me that means they have kitchenettes. To them it means we close at 7pm. I explained again that I had prepaid thu Orbitz and she responded they are closed, computers are shut down and if it was not for a computer glitch she would not have even been there this evening. I asked " so what am I supposed to to?". The response was the same. We close at 7pm. Wow, just Wow. So I had to find another place.

I traveled 9 hours to Alabama after I made a reservation at this hotel, only to get there and no one was at the counter when I knocked on the LOCKED door. A lady finally comes and says, May I Help You?, all through the LOCKED Door. I said I have a reservation here. She walks away and returns with a stack of papers saying that they called me a few hours ago to tell me they were overbooked!!!!! I stated again (through the LOCKED door) that I reserved a room with a credit card. She tells me again that I was given a call......I tell her that if they called I was driving and I was not expecting a call from the hotel I reserved a room at to tell me they are full!!!...She finally open the door and says it to me again.......I am so mad for a few reasons. She never offered me anything such as accommodations somewhere else, she never offered me any type of compensation for this unprofessional display of business practices, she never said anything to indicate to me that it was even a concern.... I had to sleep on the floor that night at a relative home. Do not stay here for it is not a guarantee they will have a room for even if you reserve it with a credit card. Poor Poor Poor experience!!

Extremely Poor Experience!!

I had a reservation for the month of May.  Checked in and went into the room.  the plumpbing to the bathtub was all disassembled, and one of the beds box springs was broken.  Went back to the front desk, and was told that they didn't know about the problems and didn't know when they could be fixed.  Was given a corporate phone number to call and that sent me to an answering machine that was full so a complaint could not be left.  Everyone I spoke to was completely incompetent and didn't seem to care one bit about their service.  Now, because of their incompetence, I have nowhere to live for the next month.  No one should ever stay at this horrible place.

Our room caught on fire the fuses blew the ceiling was falling it.. yet the refused to call the fire dept they just move you to a different room and hope for the best. if you like your family safe and not charred to a crisp do not stay here.  they can only afford a front desk clerk 3 hours each day.  pathetic... lets work together and get these jokes closed down

LAST NIGHT THE HOTEL ROOM CAUGHT IN FIRE

Suites are adequate and the prices are good BUT we did have a couple insects (when we went to the office to express our concern, the office was already closed for the night and they were not open in the morning when we left. three police cars arrrived in the evening, when I asked an officer if we were at a safe property he said that we were alright. No hair dryer, no breakfast, just basic lodging. It would be worth spending a little more to avoid the drama.
