This was not a typical Quality Inn.  The rooms were so small, it seemed like a Microtel.  It seemed clean and quiet.  Construction was occurring on first floor so we had a room on 3rd floor.  We were on the west side and the curtains were closed but it took about 2 hours for the room to cool down.  We checked out the next morning.  Breakfast was VERY MEAGER.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!  When we arrived there were Police here!  We walked inside and the noise coming from the rooms from the parties was LOUD!  This is obviously a “by the hour” type of hotel. The ladies standing off to the side “swaying” and “itching” trying to keep their eyes open while some guy they barely know is hurrying to book a room is MORE than obvious. FIND ANOTHER HOTEL unless you are here to party like you are a local on a bachelor party with strippers.

This property had prostitution & other criminal activities going on the entire night, so sleep was impossible. People are yelling & fighting in the lobby, hallways & parking lot about money. The walls & ceilings are super thin, so all noise is heard. Doors are slammed continuously because so many people are going in & out at all hours conducting "business." The first floor emergency fire exit door was broken & bolted with a piece of wood, which is probably a code violation. This property is unsafe, & should be shut down. I have complained to Choice Hotels, & they are investigating.

Dangerous property! Avoid!

I have been so pleased with this hotel and staff! It’s hard to find employees that go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home so this staff that I’m mentioning most definitely should be recognized. First shift front desk Selena is wonderful! She always makes sure to find out what your needs are and she attends to them. She cared that we were comfortable and made sure that we knew if anything came up she would help. I watched her hello many people and each one was the same. She helped so much create a home like feel for us. The manager was just as kind and helpful. You don’t see that often, or I have not, where the manager is up front and center to help and see that customers were happy but this manager did. He every morning greeted us and asked if we needed anything at all for our stay and always fixed any problem we might have. He was a delight! The second shift front desk lady , Kelly is actually the first person I meet there because it was her shift that I came in on. It was a horrible night before and day that I  came in on and I’m sure that if I had to deal with one more thing at that point I would’ve crumbled! She made it such a good experience; we laughed and joked and talked for about 20 min before even going to my room. I was so relieved at that point in my day and even shared that with her before leaving. We had lost everything we had and financially too; At that time I needed her friendship and laughter and most definitely the care and concern she gave to me. She was a bright spot then and even throughout my entire stay. She interacts with everyone in their own special and individual way and I loved watching her care and put all she had into doing the same for everyone there. The third shift guy and the breakfast needs some TLC for sure. He’s the most ‘ NOT PEOPLE FRIENDLY’ person I’ve ever met and giving the benefit of the doubt I tried multiple times to speak and engage in conversation and my husband too but it never changed with him. And the breakfast never improved either; we thought, “ okay maybe the weekend is the problem and during the week it will be different”. That wasn’t the case; biscuits were hard every morning and the meal never changed. I’ve stayed all over and am a choice member so most places I’ve experienced the eggs, sausage and biscuit and then rotating to biscuit/gravy and oatmeal.. were never had oatmeal other than the packs and the meal never changed. The good outweighed the bad for sure but with that great off a team the breakfast can improve.

Happiest and Most comfortable yet

Here for FAMILY reunion went down stairs at the start of breakfast there was no place to sit so I told my 10year old grandson we'll just take our food back to our room we were stopped by the attendant and told we could not, I said to her there is no where to sit , she said and I quote, NOT MY PROBLEM STAND UP AND EAT. I do not recommended the place at all

Worst breakfast service EVER

There was construction going on outside the room literally ALL night until sunrise. I am a light sleeper and was unable to sleep due to noise, even with earplugs, a white noise app, and holding pillows against my ears. I asked the front desk to move rooms and although there were 2 rooms available they refused. I spoke on the phone to a customer service rep 5 mins later who told me there were no other rooms available, contradicting the front desk. They refused to refund me so I could go to another hotel. They refused to compensate or help me in any way and just said "there's nothing we can do." I spent the night crying because I was so miserably tired with no other options and I knew how miserable I would be at my early all-day work conference the following day. I just needed a room I could sleep in. At check out the front desk said "yeah, they only do the construction at night. We have no control over that." No, but you had control over warning me before check-in. I will never stay at a Quality Inn or Choice hotel again.

Worst hotel and customer service experience ever

Note. Look at it as a person who has to use a wheelchair or Walker. The room was on the second floor with the indicated it was for Accessibility room. However, it was inferior. Very hard to get around in the room especially getting to the beds. Noticing exposed wires, the fire Alert System was hanging off the wall by wires, and one of the wall outlets was loose. The bathroom had a bathtub, and I asked for a shower chair so we can get in and out, they did not respond to my request provided gave us 3 days of no showers.

I was on the first floor when fire alarm went off approximately 6:45 in the morning some confusion was going on, but the fire Department clear us to go back in, Finding out that my sister who is 79 years old was on the second floor stairwells with 3 men who are ready to carry her down in case. I had to leave for the day for training. Staff was unaware of how to shut off the flashing lights; it was flashing to about 3:30 PM I was at training at a college at about 3:30. My sister went down to the front desk and asked to call me out of college than someone walked in and shut the strobes off to the guest rooms. I return from my training at about 5:30 PM and my sister told me about her day at the hotel.

As for rating this hotel, I would not recommend anybody with DisAbility to use this facility.

Not for Wheelchair

It wasn't the occupants that kept me awake, but the sound of vehicles driving by on the busy street and the loud heating unit that kept turning on/off. My pillows were the basic ones that are normally to soft for a firm mattress. I couldn't never connect my laptop  to WiFi to do work. I think I'm going to need a lot of coffee to keep me awake in my workshops today because I barely got any sleep. I won't be back to this hotel.

Very Restless Night

Hotel employees are friendly and helpful.  Connie was helpful with answering all of our questions, providing directions to various places and giving us instructions on how/where to park since we were pulling a trailer. Our room was very clean, king bed very comfortable, all appliances were in good working condition and the first floor was very quiet. Breakfast was okay but exact same every day. WiFi was fast. Hotel location is very convenient. There are restaurants, Super Walmart nearby and Starbucks practically across the street.

Quiet and Comfortable

After a long day it was nice to have an easy check in. Being greeted with a smile at just after midnight.
The room however, was a bit musty smelling. I'd suggest, perhaps turning the air on before a guest arrives.
Breakfast was awesome! Fresh bagels and hot eggs and bacon, perfect!
