Got their a little early, and was told that reservations couldn't check in til 6pm. Desk clerk was rude, and when I asked to see manager she slammed the door on the little window on me. Never did get 

Absolutely terrible ( run from it)

The property was clean, room was also cleaned.  But around 8am the elderly morning manager came and used his master key to open the door while my mate and I were in bed. There are no security locks other than the deadbolt locks.   I called the desk to inquire about why someone would have opened the door,there was no reason for the door to the room to be open because the room was paid for, no maintenance call had been made, not had any other services been requested  for the room.  My mate went to the desk to confront the manager about it shortly after. He only stated that he knew that the door had been opened by him, and that he apologized.  This is very unacceptable... We are contemplating calling the police about the incident because clearly this is an unauthorized entry by management ... We decided to get up and get check out and never return.

Horrible stay

I spent two nights here this past week. We chose the place because it is the closest hotel to where friends live.
It looks like the place also rents rooms by the month...there were some unsavory characters in the parking lot.
The motel is undergoing remodelation, so maybe it will be better in the future. The room we had was fair....the bathroom and beds had been updated, but the carpet needs changed. The air conditioning unit worked, but was in need of repairs/changing.
Overall, the room was clean.

Fine for just sleeping but not for extended stay.

This hotel is extremely convenient to Wake Medical in Raleigh.  That is the only good thing I can say about it.  It is run down and the rooms are in poor condition.  The worst is the smell--staying in the room we had was akin to sleeping in an old damp ashtray.  I had to wash all of the clothing we had in the room immediately as they picked up the stale cigarette odor.  And at $77 it was overpriced by half considering the conditions.  

Poor experience

Weekly was $280 for one spaceous room. They clean every day, overall it's okay. It's cheap so it does attract those who are considered ghetto. They don't have iron and pressing board in the room though.
