Had my reservation.
Was able to check in on time.
Clerk didn't know how I was to get my $25 Promo coupon.
Room was fine!
Could have used and extra set of towels.
Breakfast was average.
Bill was correct.

Golfing stay

I was graciously upgraded to the larger King Suite with whirlpool, which was really kind of the desk personal. The couple of things that I noticed was the glass on the doors between the rooms was dirty and the full length mirror on the bathroom door was also dirty. I did also notice a few hairs on the tub too, that weren’t mine. 

Ripon College Visit

The room was very good; the refrigerator was large enough for us but may be a tad small for a family. The keycard access [although temperamental at times] was a nice touch.

The lobby/breakfast area was well done. 

July 2023 Trip

In the area on business on a Sunday night. Arrived at the hotel with two colleagues at 930 pm. No one at front desk. We called the hotel and the phone rang through to the front desk. Went for a walk around the hotel and couldn't find anyone. 

After 20 minutes we were planning on leaving, but we had paid for reservation through an online service and there aren't a lot of options in the area. I looked on the front desk and saw a card with our name on it, so being late, we took the key and went to our rooms. We went to check out the next day and there was a burly fellow at the desk. Told him we'd had an odd experience  the night prior and he accused us of "stealing" the room card. Of course, we'd have been terrible thieves as we simply went to the assigned room and then tried to check out the next morning. I have no idea what we had stolen.  

We told the fellow, who turned out to be the manager, that no one was at the hotel when we checked in and we'd waited for an extended period of time. He dismissed us as lying about the situation, though I have no idea why we'd do that. In the end, we simply left as opposed to continue with what was becoming confrontational with the manager being both rude and aggressive.

No staff and rude management

Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. The women at the front desk was super friendly and social. She gave me dinner recommendations. They even opened breakfast up an hour early for a few guests who were competing in a local triathlon. Overall, great experience!

Great place to stay!

The price was out of line with what I expected from booking online.  I  expected fees and taxes, but the cost was double. 

The shower head in the accessible bathroom wasn't hand held.  It was supposed to slide up and down but it was tightened so much it wouldn't move and it was too far away from the seat.

Handicapped accessible bathroom not great.

A good place, but it seemed a bit pricy for a two-star and the breakfast was poor. For example, the construction workers staying there ate up all the eggs and bacon very early on.  Hot tub was not working.

OK, but breakfast should be improved.

The staff was friendly, helpful, kind, always lending a hand when needed. They were all awesome. One suggestion, put in an elevator. Two 65 year old women shouldn’t be hauling stuff up and down  stairs. 

Staff is amazing

It was awesome to have the pool till Midnight. Checkin/Checkout process was simple & fast! Parking directly in front is convenient and good eye from the room. Breakfast was available past the scheduled time so that was a nice a perk to wake up to especially after sleeping in. And having staff granting the late Checkout was a relief! I'll be returning with my children next time around. Happy guests. 

Quick warm stay 👌

Booked this hotel by mistake- thought it was the Cobblestone down the street. This is an average hotel- the other one is a more upscale hotel. So be careful when booking. This hotel looks like they have remodeled quite a bit. Rooms are just under average in size. Has a small microwave, coffee maker and refrig ( Which was on the floor). Does have a safe. Room was very clean. Lighting could be better. No ceiling lights in bedroom and older lamps with the one on the desk not working. Bathroom is very-very tiny. Sink is seperate from bathroom. Parking lot and sidewalk could use some repair. We were only 1 of 5 or 6 staying hear on a Saturday night. Does have a large TV with many channels.
