Our memorable 10-days vacation was enjoyed in a unique healing oasis. The kitchen had everything you need and more, the mattresses and linens in the bedrooms were so comfortable that you fell asleep immediately. The cleaning crew is attentive and very thorough. Gerti's beautiful design touch throughout made this a home away from home. One cannot find the attention and care from Gerti and Will in any other accommodation. You will experience and indulge in the comfort and convenience of front/back patios with comfort seating and grilling to include sun umbrellas. The features: The natural thermal lake, the wildlife, the tropical greenery and social programs will enhance your well-being. This is an exceptional experience and we always highly anticipate returning. To call this a vacation oasis is truly an understatement. Thank you Gerti and Will.

Tropical Pleasures at Peaceful Pyramids in Florida

We stayed at the Pyramids from Jan. 1 - Feb. 1, 2024. This was our first stay, and we were so impressed with the property. It is well cared for and quiet. We loved that each pyramid had its own patio spaces that were surrounded by shrubs, making them quite private. The pyramids are a unique idea, one of the reasons I chose the place, and it was central to many of the places we wanted to see in the area. We saw alligators at HP Williams Roadside Park and Big Cypress Swamp Welcome Center. We saw manatees at the Manatee Park in Ft. Myers. We loved the history of Koreshan State Park and the Edison/Ford Estates. We visited Fifth Avenue in Naples. Among the beaches we went to were Ft. Myers Beach, DelNor Wiggins State Park, Barefoot Beach Preserve, and Naples Pier Beach. All in all, it was a great month away from the snow and cold of Northern Illinois. Gerti and Will are awesome hosts!

A Great Home Away From Home! Unique pyramids! Beautiful, well-kept grounds! On site hosts!

If you are looking for a home away from home. Come here. It’s a beautiful boutique resort. A safe and calm feeling covers you as you enter. Each pyramid stands tall yet talked away in their own little private space. The mineral spring in the middle is breath taking. A path around the spring is great for a late night stroll. Inside each pyramid Gerti’s touch makes the pyramid a home. Beautiful little accent decor and abundance of everything you need. From the towels to glasses,  plates and pots and pans. I stayed a month. My son and daughter visited and the experience of the gathering was exceptional. The energy of the pyramids perhaps ??  
I recommend to experience this rare jewel in SW Florida.

A beautiful rare place in Fort Myers Florida 

Great times at the Pyramids! 
Our kids loved the odd-shaped buildings, cosmic sun beds, cool lake, and a well-equipped playground in the sand. 
The amenities had everything we could think of and more! Plenty of chairs, towels,  sand toys, body boards; the kitchen also had all the utensils, pots and pans, cleaning supplies starters. 
The pyramids are roomy accommodations; much more spacious than being crammed in a hotel room! 
Location is central and about 15min drive from the beaches of Fort Myers, 20min to Sanibel, and 30min to Captiva. 
We stopped at the Edison Winter Estate Museum in downtown Fort Myers. 
This family vacation was a great success! Thank you!



Roomy Pyramids

Great place to stay. This is our second time here and again it did not disappoint us. Beautiful, quiet, and beautiful pool. Will definitely be back. Jeanie the owner always a pleasure to see. Se makes sure things are going well and checks in on you.

Quick getaway

Thanks for the very personal and loving care during our one-week stay in our pyramid. We felt very comfortable. There was no shortage of anything in the house, the facilities are comfortable, with a love of detail. The terrain is beautifully laid out, privacy is provided. Recommended are the morning health promotion appointments - yoga, walking, barbecue - where I received really interesting information for myself personally. Gertis' lively and competent information communication, convincing and enthusiastic. As mentioned, you can very well understand the pyramids as a point of departure for numerous day trips. There are plenty of interesting destinations in the vicinity.

Warm reception and comfortable houses

I had the pleasure of staying here for 2 weeks in December.  Gerti and Will always made me feel so welcome.  The vacation chalet felt like home.  It was very spacious, well stocked and clean. Internet and TV was available. It was wonderful to have a private patio with BBQ at your disposal. 
Ideal location…close to outlets, groceries, beaches, airport and attractions.  A great alternative to a hotel stay.  I loved the relaxing atmosphere.

Overall Wonderful!

We happen to come upon this hidden little area. We came down to survey the damage to our condo on Ft Myers Beach after Hurricane Ian. There was nothing available in and around the surrounding area.  This was a good place for us because of the location and proximity to FMB.
It is cute and unique for sure. Nice area outside to unwind and they have grills to BBQ. Unfortunately, the WIFI and internet were still out due to the storm. That was not a big deal to us because we were so exhausted coming back every night after doing clean up!
The pyramid itself was ok. Some of the bedding was outdated, but I brought my own pillows, towels etc…
We did have little ants all in the kitchen (but it’s FL) and the attention to detail for cleaning could of been better. However, just coming off of a catastrophic storm and the damage it caused in Ft Myers, FMB and Sanibel, we were blessed to have a nice and safe place to rest after very long and emotional days!
If we need a place to stay again, during our construction phase, I would recommend this over a hotel. Prices were not bad and you had all the amenities!

Hidden little gem

Hurricane Ian hit 2 weeks prior to our stay. I called to ask if everything was good at the resort and I was told everything was fine. However when the airport still wasn't open 10 days prior, I called back to cancel. At that time I was told about the actual damage and they had no power. I was told to email my cancellation request to "stay at Pyramids" (which I did well before required cancelation policy).. but was also told that Gerti, who was the only one who had access to email, was "working in Austria every day".. Gerti did email me back the next day saying I could have cancelation but had to wait 2 weeks. Why? It only takes a moment to issue a credit. It's been 20 days, and no refund. Also, I've sent 2 follow up emails but no response. I call, and leave messages on answering machine but get no call back. My only recourse now is to put in dispute with credit card which will take 90 days. Credit card company said they have had no response from them. Sad they have strict cancelation policy but don't give credit. Very unprofessional. I would have booked again at another time but not now. Don't trust them after these deceptive actions. 

SADLY A NO

We spent wonderful days in the Pyramid Village. The pyramids are ideal for families, but also for couples. The facility is very beautifully embedded in the landscape in the center of a small natural lake. The location is perfect for visiting the various sights, such as Sanibel and Captiva. Time and time again we love to visit the Pyramid Village. Cristel has taken care of our concerns wonderfully.
