Hotel staff not helpful or knowledgeable about the Choice rewards program.  No elevator and ice machine was out of order...probably for quite some time.  Room was clean.  Probably would not stay at this hotel again just because of the staff.

AK trip

We were efficiently checked in by Dalton, and given a lovely Whirlpool Suite, with separate living room.  The whirlpool area had a table and chairs, the living room had couch, coffee table, chair with ottoman, and TV, The bedroom had a king bed, closet, and TV.  The bathroom was very clean with a vanity outside.  We also had a microwave, Fridge and Coffeemaker.

The only cons were, carpet needs replaced, it was clean but stained.  We also had a problem with using points for a free night, but that was resolved and Dalton called the next day to assure me that everything was ok.

Breakfast was awesome with Ham slices, Sausage links, Scrambled Eggs, Biscuits and Gravy, Fresh Fruit, Cereals, Breads, Muffins, Juices and Coffee.

I would definitely stay here again.

Great Property

After researching the hotels in Scottsbluff, I decided on the Quality Inn as they offer a single queen bed room. Upon booking, they had a special rate which came in at less than $100 with taxes!
The desk clerk was very pleasant during check-in, and the room was spotless. The common areas were very clean as well. If you are looking for a budget friendly comfortable hotel, this is your place! 

An Exceptional Value

I had never been to Scottsbluff Nebraska before. Stopped there to see the National Monument. Beautiful.
Stayed overnight at Quality Inn. The lady behind the desk (manager) said she's been there for years. All smiles, very sweet and welcoming. The motel was super clean, room was very comfortable & clean....motel is conveniently located to airport & restaurants....very friendly staff.
Theresa, the lady who handles the breakfast was terrific also...so sweet and she puts out a great breakfast.
The people here are so nice. Thank you for a terrific stay. I'll be back!

Quality Inn Scottsbluff

We've stopped at a lot of Quality Inn's - this one was just fine. We had a contactless breakfast that was actually good compared to many others. The room was fine and convenient to our travels through the area. Staff were helpful. No major complaints.

Usually Happy with Quality

Room floor is tile - filthy grout and very outdated. Bed needs replaced. We could feel every spring in the bed. Will not stay here again for the price. Mentioned it to manager and she did not take any action.

Poor quality

Almost everything about this hotel was great ! I cannot speak of breakfast, as I did not partake. The bed was a little too firm for my taste. AC, water pressure, TV etc were good, but the tub was way too slippery. I came close to falling several times. I asked the front desk if they had any anti-slip mats to borrow, they said they did not.  I feel they should have some in the rooms, or add anti slip strips to the floor of the tub. Great room, but proceed with caution in the shower !!

Slippery when wet

The place could use a freshening up-new bedspread and linens would be great.  Pillows were clean and looked to be new.  The room with 2 queen size beds was rather small and felt cramped.  It did have adequate wall outlets so I didn't have to run an extension cord across the floor to plug in my laptop.  Bathroom was small.  Shower head was decent. as was the water pressure.  The front desk clerk at check-in was indifferent, but check-out clerk was very nice.  Location is on the outskirts of town but only a couple miles from most of the restaurants.  We didn't try the pool or the breakfast; with COVID they had a confusing set up for how you got breakfast involving circling choices on paper and finding a staff member to bring the food to your room.  We hit a drive-thru on the way out of town instead.  I'm not sure I'd stay here again, but there aren't too many other places and most everything is pricey.

Nothing special

Due to a screw up with another Hotel chain, we arrived in Scottsbluff with no room. Thankfully Quality Inn came thru AGAIN. A good nights sleep and a hot breakfast and we were on the way to Yellowstone the next morning.

We got the last room of the night

There is helpful staff with food recommendations. Standard Quality Inn room, which is good. The A/C worked fairly quietly. Beds were OK. Lots of towels, soap, and shampoo. Quality Inn's seem to be better than Rodeways and Econolodges, so it is worth it to us to try to find one, or a Comfort Inn. This one was good.
