Small rusty refrigs (no 2-dr frigs), rusted tub & toilet, tub with open hole, dead roaches found in frig, bright yellow w/ electric blue paint, open elec holes in all walls, no screens, flat pillows, unmatched bedding, warped stands & dressers,some drawers missing,tons of flies, roaches & gnats, sneakily raises YOUR rate, BYO vac-mop w/fluids, thin scratchy linens, pics are fake.

Giving it a 1 start because I can't give it a zero. I made a mistake in double booking but called right away. They kept me on the phone for ever to lie saying they never heard from Expedia come to find out they refuse to give a refund $200. 00.
I am a calm person and always give people the benefit of the doubt. I just can't believe that after staying there for 4 weeks straight multiple rooms they were not willing to give a refund. Instead felt the need to lie, to be dishonest. I learned a hard lesson then to stay in a dirty, filthy cheap hotel.

Decent place but don’t leave anything behind because it gets thrown in the trash even if you are a regular customer and there is no direct phone number to call to let them know you left something behind...

Where do i begin?  it was late--after 6:30 CST--was steered to another hotel by my GPS, but couldn't find it, so we came here, which we should have kept driving...right by this place.

Desk manager said there were no rooms with a King or even two Queen beds and all they had was a smoking room (did NOT want that!)  
As we were leaving, suddenly a King bed room became "available" to us.  It was as if she was holding out --sort of a bait and switch.
What could we do?  Nowhere else to stay, so we took it.

Very outdated décor:  Old carpeting, very loud ceiling fan in the bathroom, noisy heater...those we could put up with, BUT she neglected to tell us that a train goes by EVERY TWO HOURS, all night long!  
Bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were "mushy," meaning no support for your head.  Not even two full sets of towels.  Mirror was streaked--and dirty, as was the bathroom floor (sticky).

Got up and got out of there as quickly as we could.

Great place! The staff was very helpful and the room were very nice.  New owners have changed the whole place from the past stay We had. Plus the swimming pool was a bonus. The staff brought us extra towels at the pool we didn’t even have to ask for the

Really good people here!  They are kind, courteous, and professional.  We had a very clean room.  Comfortable pillows, good A/C, and in a quiet area also.  The rooms have been updated, and I would definitely stay here again.  Hope to be back next year for the same occasion.  Thank you!!

I stop at this motel in Bald Knob every 6 months. I liked what they have done to the place. New owner and staff are very friendly and kind.The place is completely changed than what it use to be. New furniture and clean parking lot are very pleasant

Great place! loved the renovations!

I asked for a non-smoking room and was assured it was...but it wan't. Everything reeked of state tobacco smoke, all the furniture had bad tobacco stains as did the bathroom. I complained to the front desk and  and told it WAS a non-smoking room and there were no other rooms available (baloney! the place was less than half full).
I later spied drug paraphernalia next to the bed and in the bathroom. The next morning, I spied even more behind the motel.
The bad was hard, the pillows were flat, so I found it hard to sleep, especially with  the smoky atmosphere in the room.
Don't let their photos fool you: they look nice on the outside, but the insides are nasty

STAY AWAY!

I stayed here in November. Cost was little higher than other places in town but well worth. I have stayed in other motels in town but believe me if you are with family then this is the place to go.
Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Clean parking lot. Does not get anything better then this in this town!
