These guys are criminals. Don't book anything with them. They don't care about the health of there employees or guests. They are a money grabbing company who just want your money and don't care about anything else

Awful company

I travel to L.A. frequently, probably twice a month, and I've been looking for new options of places to stay.   I found Ginosi Apartels on Hotel.com. and it looks terrific.  I had a few questions so I called the number listed on your Hotel.com website.    Here's how the conversation went:

Me:  Hi, can you tell me how close you are to the Palladium?
Clerk:  What?!?!
Me: Can you tell me how close you are to the Palladium?
(5 seconds of silence)
Me:  The theater on Sunset?
(several more seconds of silence, I thought he was looking it up on line)
Me:  Hello?
(several more seconds of silence)
Clerk: Click.  

Wow!  Really rude.  I'm bummed because I thought this place might be one of my homes away from homes.  But, if the reservations/front desk is so rude they cannot even carry on a simple conversation, I assume that the rest of the staff is also less than professional and pleasant.  

Keep looking, you can find better.

Rude, rude, rude

I stayed at this apartment on my road trip from Vancouver to Seattle... when I got to the place whilst walking along the hallway and inside my room, it smelled of smoke all day and all night during my entire stay. As it was a non-smoking room and I am a non smoker, the smell was extremely bad to breathe in. 

I have never stayed at a place which smelt this bad before. Not only did it smell.. the place was not cleaned properly, the was blonde hair when opening up the sofa bed along as well as dust around the corners and edges of the double bed room. 

The bathtub was also not cleaned as there was yellow stains going along the rim, this is quite sickening. See photos attached.

The window also had a gap which made it pretty cold at night and couldn't shut close causing loud noises from the main street outside and other people's room outside.

I am an honest reviewer and have photos every place I stay.

I emailed the host about these issues and have not heard back from them.

Smelt of smoke during entire stay, dirty apartment, noisy and cold near the windows.

As I write this from my cab on the way to the airport I am over joyed I do not have to spend another night here. Reasons :

1. Walking in the floor was filthy. Hair balls and dirt. I couldn’t walk around barefoot. I have to wet a paper towel and wipe down the floor. 

2. The pungent smell from lack of cleaning is gross. 

3. The bed sheets were def NOT cleaned/changes. It smelled like the last persons BO and sweat. If you’re into sleeping in someone else’s dirty sheets this is the place for you. 

4. The last persons traces of hair were all over the shower. 

Please don’t stay here. The dirty ness makes it completely uncomfortable

Awful

This was the worst experience of my life. I had booked the apartment in that picture with that view and I got a call the morning of the reservation stating that I would be moved to a different apartment. I responded and said i DID NOT want to be moved as i had paid for the view and the same pictures advertised, they said it would be the same but she would move me to the original booking anyways. We arrive and its a completely different apartment. WE DID NOT HAVE A WATER FRONT VIEW! We were looking out at the trash cans and were on the bottom floor. WE ALSO DID NOT HAVE ANY OF THE FURNITURE IN THAT PICURE. They one gave us ONE couch. We didnt even have those extra chairs by the TV. and on top of everything, their costumer service is the worst. all they're doing is offering me $200 when I had paid $1200 for this apartment and they downgraded me without my consent and STILL WONT REFUND ME THE DIFFERENCE. 

DON'T BOOK WITH THEM. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM.

The worst experience

Funny name but it was comfortable— early May comfortable— there is no AC so probably too warm in summer months. The first unit was dirty and lacking some essential items. The window lock was broken and that was when we called. They moved us just next door and it was a pleasant move. The second unit was clean and overall more pleasing. 

There is a couch/futon and small dining area in the kitchen... we used refrigerator and coffee maker so it was nice having those. The bed was not the most comfortable but then again it is a hotel. The location was fine and if you don’t mind walking you can find what you need. We rented a car because it was too far from most attractions Seattle is known for though.

Overall, the second unit was much nicer than the first but don’t expect it to be a 4 or 5 Star.. at the most a mid 3.

Much better after we were moved

We stayed at this resort for a weekend in September, we enjoyed the apartment with kitchen and living room, very clean apartment at 304... but you can hear everything going on in the street, so if you're sleeping lightly ask not to be on this side.
