We had a pleasant experience. The checkin  lady was friendly and engaging, lobby was clean with seating and TV with business center. There is a indoor pool and workout center. Rooms was nice, spacious we had a king room which had pullout sofa couch, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bed was comfortable and pillows were fluffy. Water was always hot. Overall a great stay and would recommend

Great and affordable stay

The hotel was clean which was all we needed after an 18 hour drive. Upon approaching the lobby, it smelled of canabis, which isn’t a problem unless it affects your competency and job performance. (You do you. I don’t care.)  However, the front desk guy was high as a kite and was, apparently, a blooming idiot. I had called ahead and let him know that I would need a sofa bed or roll away bed as there were 5 people in my party. I kindly asked the guy if there was a roll away bed in the room he said, “I don’t really know. I’ve never been in these rooms before.” 🤦🏽‍♀️   Several seconds later, I asked how I might obtain a roll away bed if there’s not one in the room. He said he’d place one in the hallway for us to grab as we went up to our room. He then informed me that there would be an additional $10 charge for the rollaway bed. Fine, whatever. We rolled the sofa bed (having to pick one end up the entire time) down a long hallway, then up the elevator, and almost to the end of another long hallway only to find there was a sofa bed in the room. We then lugged the bed all the way back down and let the guy know we left it by the office door. (BTW, the guy did refund our $10.)  It may not seem like much and it may seem petty but we were completely exhausted and could only afford to sleep for about 4 hours before having to get back on the road. The inconvenience was unnecessary and is something we should not have had to deal with. My only other complaint is that the bread and muffins at the breakfast bar were hard as rocks and had very obviously been sitting out for at least several days if not longer. The other food was fine. Room was clean and beds were comfy.

Unnecessary Inconvenience

We traveled to Shawnee, OK to spend time with family. When we arrived at Comfort Inn it appeared to be clean. When we got to our room, we noticed blood stains on the comforter, blood stains on the chair next to the bed and the shower curtain was nasty. The floor had not been vacuumed as the carpet was very disgusting. Also, when I booked the room, I asked the lady if there was a full continental breakfast and was told yes. When we arrived the day of check-in I was told they only served juice and muffins. You definitely get what you pay for.

Disgusting

This is one of the hotels using Covid as an excuse not to provide breakfast basics like cereals and toast.  Plenty of hotels are now doing so safely.  It is essential for business travelers who don't have time to go to restaurants.  If breakfast is not important to you, this hotel is ok.  But my room on this stay was not cleaned properly and I felt uncomfortable staying in it.  This was not true, however, on a prior stay. 

No breakfast essentially

I was involved in an accident back in July and stayed here for a night. We were coming through here again this last week and stayed again. This chain is consistently a great stay. We have a LOT of stays over the course of a year and we prefer this chain over most others in the Choice program.

LOVE this place.

We spent one night here traveling through. Room was dirty. Rugs had trash and loose coins in the floor. Cost $132 for one night. Grandson did enjoy the pool. Probably would try Hampton or Holiday Inn Express next time. One bed didn’t look like it had been changed. Walls looked bad.

Dirty room 

I got the suite with the jacuzzi tub. Well worth the price. It was quite relaxing. Room was big plenty of space. Bed was comfy. Indoor pool but didn't use it. Breakfast was ok. Eggs bacon etc. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again if needed. Good location. Next close by within walking distance. 

Passing thru

Stayed here on business. One of the best stays I have had in quite a while! Friendly/Helpful staff. VERY comfortable room. Did not get a chance to use the pool, but it looked great too. Good breakfast also.

REALLY liked this place.

Overall great weekend trip. We had some challenges such as a fire alarm that kept going off and ac issues but both were responded to quickly.  Front desk put out a call and Maintenance (Will) was so kind to come back in and take care of the ghostly alarm!  He was great.  Front desk staff and housekeeping were quick to take care of the ac issue and get us moved.  We appreciated their quick actions.  Staff is approachable, kind and willing to help.  We will definitely stay again.

Festival

I thought this hotel was very nice. Even the staff was personable, not distant, which I appreciated because...... we live in a day and age when people just won't talk to people anymore, like 'getting-to-know' someone is unknown. I appreciate the talkative man at the front. The only thing I have to pick on (literally! lol) was the hair on the towels. I had to pick off long hairs, and that always grosses me out. Yeah, it's sanitized, but still....It's a 'hair' thing.....
