We had a little trouble finding the place, but that was our GPS sending us around the long way. Once we arrived, we were met by the gracious hosts Donna and her husband, Jim. The home is set on a large tract of land overlooking Kallispell and surrounding mountains. The entire setting was very relaxing and welcoming. For those of us that enjoy dogs, the have 2 friendly Korgi's. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, but not overbearing and they respected our privacy. We enjoyed having an evening glass of wine by the fire table overlooking the town and sitting in the hot tub. The mattress on the king was superb. The kitchen is nicely equipped and was very convenient. There's a small refrigerator, microwave, sink and all flatware, but no ice maker or stove; no big deal though. There's even a ping pong table for entertainment. My only complaint is that we could not stay longer, but now we know to plan that further in advance next time.

Beautiful views, relaxing environment & very nice accomodations

What a wonderful couple to hang out with at their wonderful home. Great breakfast, great bedroom, great kitchen, great everything! And to be able to be in such beautiful countryside so near the mountains and lake and of course the national parks. I absolutely enjoyed everything and everyone during my stay at the sweet master suite!

Master Suite was sweet!

My wife and I stayed at the Master Suite B/B.  Unbelievable breakfast was just the start to a fun packed day.  I could stare out at that view from the back yard all day but we wanted to do some hiking so we left out mid morning each day.  One morning 3 large turkeys passed by the sliding glass doors of our room.  Wherever we were if we needed advice on hiking trails or dinner options, we simply texted or called our host for advice. They told us about a concert they were attending so we grabbed some tickets and joined them.  On the way, a bald eagle landed on the side of the road right next to another bald eagle.  How cool is that.

Relaxing, invigorating vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Master Suite B/B. The breakfasts were incredible and the hosts are the best. They have just the right balance of being welcoming and available and giving you privacy. The suite is extremely well-decorated and very comfortable. It even has 2 bathrooms! If we get back to Kallispell, we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Kallispell

We stayed with Jim and Donna in 2008 on our honeymoon and again in 2018 for our 10th anniversary. The Master Suite is the perfect place for a getaway that is also close to Glacier National Park. They are both warm and welcoming and serve a wonderful breakfast. We will definitely stay with Jim and Donna again next time we get back to Montana!

Perfect getaway!

My husband and I recently returned from a two week trip to the Kalispell/Glacier/Alberta/British Columbia areas.  One of the highlights of our trip was our four night stay at the wonderful Master Suite Bed and Breakfast in Kalispell.  We were warmly greeted by Donna and Jim, who had assisted me greatly in our pre-arrival plans.  They graciously offered dining and location recommendations based on our tastes and made reservations for us.  The Master Suite is everything they advertise - you don't need anything - they have it all covered.  If you choose to eat-in, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, corkscrew, ice bucket, etc.  We were also welcomed with a welcome cocktail and hors d'oeuvres, which were welcome amenities after a long flight to Kalispell.  The suite is extremely spacious, exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished.....quite comfortable!  The king size bed was great - very comfortable - we woke up rested every morning.  There are many maps, brochures, and menus which will help you decide on the many outstanding options of locations to visit in the Flathead area.  Donna and Jim are also excellent references for special day trips.  Breakfasts were scrumptious - we even got to taste our first huckleberries here!  The pancakes with huckleberry syrup were delectable and filled our bellies, as did all the delicious breakfast offerings.  The sunrises each morning were stunning!  The view on the patio with the soothing music was a perfect way to enjoy the juice and French pressed coffee before breakfast each morning.  The outside fire table was an exceptional way to end our days of travel and adventure in nearby Glacier National Park.  It is a short drive outside of Kalispell and nearby Whitefish, but the solitude and peacefulness we experienced while here was worth it all!  We left feeling relaxed and refreshed!   We had no complaints - nothing but accolades!  Thanks so much, Donna and Jim, for a memorable stay in a most beautiful place!  Hope we can return one day!

Completely perfect stay!

We have enjoyed many visits to the Master Suite B &B, often when we have attended Alpine Theatre Project productions in Whitefish, but at our last stay in July we realized how nice it is to simply chill out on the lovely grounds of this exceptional bed and breakfast.  As usual the sumptuous breakfasts are worth taking time to enjoy both the excellent food and the pleasant deck overlooking the valley.   Guests have the whole lower floor and the gardens to themselves with several strategically placed chairs on the grounds where one can enjoy the sun or shade and listen to the birds and the quiet sounds of the fountain.  There are many sights to see in the area, but one of the nicest things to do on a sunny day is to enjoy the quiet ambiance of this estate like place.  Do take the time to chill out here.
