This hotel was much more then I expected. I just needed a place for a night and gave it a try. Very glad I did. Very very clean.  Small refrigerator  nice comfy bed and quiet. Everything in the room was updated and freshly painted. I highly recommend

Much nicer then I expected

Went there this this past week with my boyfriend for a little get away. The manager John I think was his name smelled of liquor and cigarettes and was one of the rudest people I have met. Said I can only pay with cash and got very weird vibes off him. It was a long trip so decided to stick it out and just stay for the night. Had marks all over my body the next morning from either dirty sheets or bugs. The shower was filled with mold. I will rather sleep in my car then ever come back to this place. DO NOT COME HERE, go to anywhere else.

Do not come here. Rude employees, dirty rooms, bugs everywhere.

If I could give this place "0" stars I would. My family and I stayed here for one night over the weekend, and it was a HUGE mistake. Do. Not. Consider. Staying. Here. The pictures you see online MUST be from years and years ago. Mold EVERYWHERE, blood on the sheets, blood on the replacement sheets we were provided, blood on the replacement sheets for the replacement sheets - finally they had to give us brand new sheets right out of the bag. Bugs EVERYWHERE!!!! Strange characters roaming around. Drug deals. Doors slamming & people yelling all night. The place is DIRTY. My child had brand new socks on for 1 hour (we all made sure to put and keep socks on) and we immediately threw them in the garbage because they were covered in filth, dead bugs, etc. DO NOT STAY HERE. Don't consider it. Not for a weekend, not for a day, not for a minute, not for an hour. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.

Worst Experience Ever

You are truly better off sleeping in your car!  This place is the most disgusting place!  My daughter arrived at 9;30pm so she checked in without checking out the room.  She was the ONLY person checked into this hotel in June!!!   After I arrived the next day we found another place and checked out!  This place was filthy!  Curtains hanging down off the rod, No fitted bottom sheet, bathroom toilet disgusting! Furniture broken!  I called the Department of Community Affairs to file a report.  I was told that it is possible this hotel is a "service" hotel where the homeless might be put up.  It is not good enough for the homeless!!I also noticed they dropped their prices by $30 in the past couple of days.

DON'T STAY THERE!

PLEASE RUN AWAY! THERE ARE BED BUGS IN THIS FACILITY. I HAVE TO LEAVE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT RIGHT NOW BECAUSE MY NECK AND ANKLES ARE COVERED IN BITES. I check the bed sheets with and seen three plummed bed bugs. The desk person will take $40 cash and charge you $25 to make you think he is helping you save money. I believe this is a ploy to prevent anyone from getting refunds! I am so angry, upset and wanted to cry all at same time. How can you allow people to sleep in your facility knowing it is infested with bed bugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That whole facility needs to be industrially cleaned starting in ROOM 101 where I was assigned at!!

BED BUGS PROBLEMS

We did not even stay, but no refund from the motel.  Turned that battle over to credit card company.  Bed bugs and roaches!!!  Even in the lamp shade!  Dirty, filth, disgusting.  Would sleep on the sidewalk first.

Just before 9am on the day of arrival, someone from Budget Inn called telling me he cancelled my reservation.  His reasoning was I had intentionally booked with a credit card that was not authorized.  Never asked if I had another payment method.  He was very rude and disrespectful.  Kept saying what I did was not legal.  I told him I had not intentionally booked with as maxed credit card.  He told me I had to call booking for com to cancel so someone else could get the room that night.  When I said how rude he was he hung up on me.  I would never recommend Budget Inn to anyone.

UNBELIEVABLE

We stayed here on our way back from New York.  The motel was clean and the front desk guy was very nice.  We asked for extra towels so we could use them at the beach and the front desk guy gave us 4 extra towels.  The price was very reasonable compared to some of the other places along the beach.  Close to the beaches also.

Clean Motel

It was a nice place to stay before we reached our final destination. The price was great when booked through Bookings.com. It was just over the bridge from Ocean City, NJ. I would recommend this motel to anyone passing through.
