Everything was really nice here.  Our dogs were very well received, we are travelling with show dogs. and it is sometimes difficult to find places to stay with dogs, however, it is getting easier since most dog owners are very responsible.

Great place while you are travelling with dogs.

I ran into problems when my flight was delayed and the car rental place was closed when I arrived. I found the closest hotel so I could get my rental car in the morning. 

Cora, the night receptionist picked me up at the airport and helped me find a place to get food. She was amazingly kind.

After the crappy travel day I had, it was just what I needed.

The hotel was just so so, but the staff is amazing! Many thanks to them for all their help!

Sometimes it's all about the people

We stopped here for a one night stay on a road trip. It was nicer than the exterior pictures show, although adding the Wyndham tag to it is a bit of a stretch.  The woman helping at check-in was very friendly and answered questions about where to pick up some dinner.  My kids loved the pool.  I gave it three stars instead of four because the room only had one towel and I had to ask for more, one small bar of soap and no other amenities.  The grab and go breakfast was meager even by covid standards.  There was also a prior occupant's t-shirt left on the floor in the corner.  It's a good place to stop right off Hwy 80 rather than going more into Toledo.  Make sure to call in advance if you are bringing a dog. They only have a few pet friendly rooms (ok - cuz right by side door).

Ok for a roadtrip stop

We we shocked and disgusted at the condition of the hotel and our room.  Upon entry, we noticed the carpets throughout the entire facility are stained dirty and smelled. When we entered our room the floor of the carpet was the same: stained, dirty, and gross.  The foot runners on the end of the bed were also stained and dirty.  When I entered the bathroom to take a shower I was horrified to find a rats nest of human hair between the tub and toilet.  There were some other un- identifiable pieces of dirt or garbage behind the toilet. The shower curtain was dirty and the tub area was stained with some sort of black splashed compound. The floor of the bathroom had dirty grout that was spreads all over the floor tiles as if someone tried to fix the floor and didn’t finish the job properly. The drain was chipped and looked dirty, as if someone had taken some sort of tool and cut up the metal trying to dislodge something.  There were an insufficient number of towels in the room. The sink was equipped with a couple wash cloths, not hand towels.  

Upon check out the next morning we complained to the front desk person. She took notes and seemed to act as if complaints were common and the condition of the hotel was known. 

My husband noticed a sign on the way out that said no refunds 15 minutes after check-in.  This is completely unacceptable for any hotel but especially a hotel that charged us close to $200 and is part of the Wyndham hotel family. 

The manager gave us 20% off of our bill after I emailed my complaint.

Incredibly dirty

We checked in and let the kids swim at the pool. Upon going back to room to change for dinner we noticed the sink fixture was loose and toilet didn’t flush. We stopped by desk on way to get dinner and told him about the problems. He was outside smoking by front door. We came back 2 hours later and he said he didn’t have time to look at it yet but said I could try to fix the toilet myself! A hotel should never have a guest work on their own room! I did fix the toilet for him. When getting into the bed we noticed dirty blanket so we tossed it aside. If it wasn’t so late we would have left then. Got up early in the morning to check out ASAP. A lady at front desk said she would have a manager call but it’s now been 4 days since our stay and no phone calls yet. This hotel sure gives Wyndham a bad name. We definitely won’t be back at this hotel and we might not stay at Wyndham chain again. Very disappointed!!

Horrible experience

We rented 9 rooms and the conference room for two nights as we gathered for a nearby family celebration.   The management made every effort to take care of any concerns we had.  The airport is right next door, so very convenient location.  The pool was open and the kids had a great time swimming.  Too bad there wasn't a hot breakfast, but hopefully soon.  The rooms were clean and the coffee was good.  No elevator, which wasn't a problem for us but might be for some.  Overall, for the price, it was better than expected and we appreciated it.

Family Gathering

The cost of the room for a night was very reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby and hallways were clean and smelled nice.
The place on the outside does not do the inside and the rooms justice.
I will stay there again.

One Night Stay

I expected more from Wyndham. Rebadged Days Inn that just put stickers over the room folio. Unkept exterior was a preview of the room. Duct tape holding A/C cover on, trash in room, dirty toilet. Disappointed.

Dissapointment

Lipstick on a pig would be the way I would describe this place. Wyndham had better review their expectations because if this is it, I'm done staying in their hotels! I left a lovely Hampton Inn in Buffalo NY the night before and to compare the two would be impossible. I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot in this room. I wiped down all of the surfaces before I touched anything in the room. The toilet was filthy under the rim that was visible from a distance. The bed had only a fitted sheet on the mattress, no pad under it. The mattress was stained (yuck!). The air conditioner was being held together with duct tape. There was no coffee or any drinks for the "breakfast". I could go on and on, but that should be enough! 

Way below expectations

I am going to try to be nice, but I was so disappointed.  From Reviews I expected sooo much more.  I booked because it was close to airport and they offered Shuttle service. Trying to call for 45 minutes that I am at airport.  No Answer. Then when they answered,  said I was supposed to call?? Door key didn't work.  Bathroom,  carpet filthy.  Covid-19?? They left a vacuum outside my room.  Bathroom falling apart,  Really. There were strange blue stains on my bed sheets.  I really could go on about this, but I won't.  Price was good, location was good! Cleanliness was bad. Noise above me wasn't good.
