The hotel we had booked was closed when we arrived so after searching at 1:30 am for over an hour we found this gem! Beds were so great we booked a second night and got refund from booked hotel. Even at 2:00AM they were very friendly.

Days inn saved us!

For one night it was good. Mini fridge/freezer was nice. One light not working. Fairly quiet and comfortable for the price. Excellent customer service . Only so-so on breakfast. No hot items unless you had to microwave it. 

Quiet room

This hotel is infested with roaches, I told the person at the front desk and they said they would spray but that didn’t get rid of them. They need to bring in a professional exterminator and get the entire building instead of spaying just a room because the roaches will just into another room. I would have stayed in another hotel but every hotel was sold out for the Florida State Seminoles game against Miami.
 The breakfast was decent, it’s pretty much cereal,fruit bagels and toast. I’ve stayed at days inn before and they’re usually clean and nice so I definitely won’t be staying here again.

Warning Roaches!

I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone The carpet smelled like musty smell. There was Rust coming out of tub faucet each time it was turned on. There were Holes in the walls that were not patched properly

Room was double booked but Deas corrected the mistake. Parking sucks. Rooms renovations were not very professional. Lobby still under construction. Breakfast offered was very minimal. Bed was comfortable and air conditioner was cold.

Hotel had a horrible smell and the room was dirty. The lobby area was horrible the furniture in the guest room was grimy. The carpet was filthy and there were not enough outlets to charge your devices. 

Terrible stay.

An absolute nightmare. Just zoom into the property using Google Maps; the conditions you see around the property are even worse on the inside. Worst of all, no full refunds, regardless of the reason. Save yourself the trauma; stay in your car instead!

Cleaner and safer to stay in your car

Outside looked pretty good. Got inside the hallway and knew it wasn’t going to great. They are refurbishing, staff was very nice, breakfast consisted of bagels, donuts, cornflakes or sugar Frosted Flakes, apples or bananas. The coffee was very good. They also had tea. Our room smelled musty, no extra toilet paper, one table, one chair, a broken dresser, one side table and a broken lamp on the side of the bed. The bed was very comfortable. Was very quiet to sleep. There was an ice machine outside, but no ice.  An good try. Needs some work.

Disappointing

Property is under construction.  They have replaced bathroom vanity, tub and surround.  Beds are comfortable but linens are worn.  Carpeting in good condition.  Walls need paint and repairs.  Rooms are dark, lighting in poor.  Refrig in room is great with separate freezer and refrigerator.  Pool was closed for repairs.  Not worth the $80 I paid, but it was quiet and rooms are huge.  Ok for one night.

Ok for one night

I can't  say this loud enough! DO NOT stay here at all! It would be better to sleep in your car. This entire hotel is supposedly being upgraded. I do not know how or why they would not just tear it down. They have a very very serious German infestation cockroach problem. There is no helping this! NO matter how much you think you won't, you WILL bring one home and perhaps cause yourself a problem! My daughter was too afraid to sleep with a strange noise that pounded every so often not to mention the fear of a roach. The breakfast was a complete joke. They shouldn't even bother. I actually reached out to Wyndham and told them they need to get their name off that hotel ASAP! Please avoid this hotel and do not waste a penny staying there. My world traveling college son said he has never even seen a hostel this bad and he's been everywhere! They just stole 100 bucks from me!
