A month after my stay they still won't return my deposit. I travel 25-30 times a year and I know proper hotel edict. DO NOT STAY HERE OR DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO CHARGE A DEPOSIT. I have contacted them twice and both the husband and wife have been combative telling me I must have done something wrong,

Terrible Owners

BEWARE!!!  i was so tired, I just wanted a bed and a shower without spending a ton of money.  The property is really run down, &office lady was rude.  
     After talking with the family on the phone I was trying to decide if I trusted turning off the light as I was afraid of what might come out as I sleep.  I had pulled all blankets and sheets all the way down to check for bugs...deciding the light on would be best...I was about to fall asleep when 3 BABY COCK ROACHES  crawl out and onto the other side of the bed.  I got dressed and packed and slept in my car in a safe spot down the road.  DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!  See pics.

The room stunk like mold. We could not take showers because the water leaked as soon as you would turn the water on. They didn't give us the wi-fi password. Should have asked for it but i shouldnt have too. it's in a bad part of town, in a sketchy area. The beds were terrible, didn't even sleep under the sheets/blankets, they were that bad. It was fricken (would not let me use the actual word) disgusting. They would not refund us our money back cause we wanted to leave a day early.  Was not very pleased  with this kind of hotel. I DO NOT recomend this place at all. If they stuck some money into the san place, it would be a lot nicer than it is now but they didnt so it is definetly a $hit hole.

horrible room

The office to check in was permanently closed.  Had to ring a bell & talk through a window under a dripping overhang to check in. It's on a very busy street off the highway, so it was difficult to hear.  The person seemed bothered we were there. We were told 3 times no smoking in room & told we'd be fined if they smelled smoke.  Got to the room & there were burn marks & rips on bedspread.  A large dresser was pushed in front of the adjoining room door.  No dead bolts on doors.  One towel & remote batteries were dead.  They did bring us more when we asked.  It was windy that night & our ceiling tiles rattled & blew around all night. One in the bathroom disappeared.  The door blew open in the middle of the night.  Our refrigerator leaked all over the carpet.  People yelling in parking lot.  However, the place was clean & the price was reasonable.  Only paid $10 extra for our dog.

The motel is in a terrible part of town, Peoples junk were in front of the rooms. Couldn't sleep air unit was so loud when it kicked on and off. blankets were not comfortable at all. Paid for 2 nights only stayed 1 still charged for both nights.Fridge was broken, microwave was broken. It is a cheap crackhead motel. Employees just walked into the room without knocking

dont get this room

I needed a hotel because I travel for my job and this motel was the only place available this weekend in Terre haute. First of all the room smells terrible and secondly I saw roaches which made me want to sleep in my truck. I hope I don't take any back home with me. This is my first and last time staying here.

We weren't there 10min smoke our cigarettes outside went in had door open cause we were leaving to get food and a lady that worked there came in said didn't you stay in room 278 we said no this is our first time here she said don't leave your door open and slammed it needless to say I went to office demanded my money back I will never stay there again and don't recommend this place to anybody 

Horrible

The room was nice, not modern but nice and clean. The staff was friendly. It is right next to two highways, 41 & 63 and only about 5 or 6 miles from I70 which makes easy access when leaving so not bad!

Nice for the price!

Our room was in the interior side of the building and very quiet.  Parking was close as was the on-site restaurant, Valley Grill.  We were able to have a delicious breakfast and get on the road quickly.
