Not bad. Honestly exactly what I expected. It was a last minute hotel for me and my family. The countertops were dirty and the beds have only 2 decorative pillows. It was overall a interesting experience, but sadly there is no breakfast. To make up for it there is a Burger King next door.

Minimal requirements

I have stayed in many motels. None compare to this place. First they mess up my room. Smoking for a non. They change that. To another rm non-smoking. When I go to turn down the bed there is blood on the sheets!!! Also the it would have been more comfortable to lay on the floor. Last draw for this Rm was ZERO HOT WATER. I go back to the ofc and voice my complaint. They offer to move me to a "DELUX" room, HA! Same sorry bed just no blood on the sheets that I could see. Yes we now have hot water, BUT the AC unit will not cool. NEVER NEVER stay here!! 2 more things. The frig and microwave did not work.

Sleep in your car BF you sleep here!!!!

The sign on the street is easy enough to see, but the motel office is almost hidden in the south part of the building that has the restaurant. 
The motel is not fancy, but adequate for a one night sleep.

Almost Hidden

My friend and I stayed at the Columbus Inn for three nights, in one of their "deluxe" rooms.  The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable.  The motel consists of two buildings plus a separate office.  The "deluxe" rooms are those in the newer of the two buildings.  Based on the outside appearance, I would not recommend staying in a "standard" room in the older of the two buildings.  The price difference is only $5.  I could not believe what a bargain we got for only $60 a night + tax for our "deluxe room! If you don't mind missing some of the amenities found in hotels that cost twice as much (i.e. there was no coffee maker, no alarm clock, there was bar soap instead of body wash, the microwave that sat on top of the refrigerator was not plugged in and there was no electrical outlet anywhere near it) and if you don't mind some scuffs on the walls, and if you don't need a pool (they have a closed one one that has green water and lots of filamentous algae growing on the bottom) and if you want to save a lot of money, this is the place to stay.

Very Clean Budget Hotel

My husband is a truck driver and was sent to Texas to deliver relief supplies.  We were there for over a week and were in need of a hotel for 3 nights.  After searching the internet for about 2 hours, this was the only hotel available within 30 miles of where he was based out of.  I was skeptical when I saw it was 3 stars, but it was our only choice, so we booked the room. 

We checked in and went to the room.....boy were we surprised!!  It was clean and much nicer than we were expecting.  The beds were comfy, the bathroom was spotless, the towels were clean and we were not expecting a refrigerator and microwave.  The wi-fi was good too.  The price was exceptional for the value we received. 

Our only disappointment was the water temperature in the shower.  It was very hard to regulate and did not really get hot.  

We needed to wash our clothes and used the laundry facilities, which consisted of a coin operated washer and dryer located in the back of one of the buildings.  Again we were a bit skeptical, but desperate.  Again we were surprised.  We washed and dried two loads and they were clean and dry with only one time through each.  So for a total of $6 we washed and dried both loads.   

It is located near several places to eat, a Walmart and grocery store are across the street too.  

If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, and are looking for value for your money, this is your place!!

Much Better Than I Was Expecting

This hotel is not terrible however it isn't a name brand either. If you want to spend close to a hundred a night don't come here. There are a few stains on the floor. There is not any bugs and the beds are comfortable.

Average place to stay if you don't want to spend over 60.00

I will definitely stay here again. The room was clean, the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and pillows. All kinds of restaurants close by and it's right off the freeway. A little outdated and that's why the 4 stars but the price was very reasonable.

Nice place

It was fine. The parking lot in the back could have had a few more lights, but everything else was okay. Clean room, has a flatscreen for you technology-loving flowers who can't look at a tube TV anymore, wifi worked good, uh, yeah. Your average inn beside the interstate. Hearing the other places are more expensive in Columbus, I was happy to find it.
