Just stopped to get some sleep on our way to Houston. Was clean, had basic tv channels. I wouldn’t stay for an extended time, but passing through or need an inexpensive room for the night/weekend, and I would stop here again! Pet friendly, non smoking, easy to get to,and was able to get a room fast at 2am 👌🏻👍🏻

For the night, inexpensive.

Being paralyzed, I appreciated being checked-in on to make sure I was comfortable.
A large comfy room with a lazyboy recliner. These are humble and kind lodgings.
This is a family affair, folks who take pride in running their business.

Great price Great place perfect for my fellow truckers this is where we need to.come clean room relaxg and a good place to.stay my vehicle was safe this isgood and affordable also it is next to loves so if you come at the right time you will have a room

Great budget inn fairfield

I’ve been staying at this hotel for 25 years when I come to hunt. It’s family owned and the owners are very friendly and kind. It’s pet friendly, clean rooms, and close to the highway. They have coffee makers in your room so you don’t have to make a trip in the morning. There is a mom and pop store located on the property so you can grab snacks and homemade treats. Overall it’s a nice little place to stay! 

Nice hotel 

This is an older motel but the owners keep the rooms very clean. The room I stayed in had a new firm mattress that was very comfortable. If your looking for a pet friendly place like I was, this is the place to go. I would stay here again. 
The staff was very nice and helpful. 
Ice machine available and donuts and coffee in the morning. 


Pet Friendly 

Not a bad hotel for $50. The rooms where very clean and the front desk clerk was friendly. It’s nice to be able to park right in front of your room and carry in your luggage. Just remember to ask for more bath towels and wash cloths. 

Texas vacation 

I stayed here the first week while working as a contractor in a local business. Great price and a really quiet, comfortable room.

 I liked it so I've stayed here each week and I recommend this place if you need an inexpensive room for one day or 8 weeks like me.

 I've always slept well here and never had a problem during my stays.

 Family run business and they work very hard to make your stay comfortable. I cannot say enough how nice, polite, and helpful they are. 
 It's nice to spend your money at an establishment that works hard to earn it.

Good  room at a great price.

Don't let the retro exterior fool you! This super clean motel has nice, modern rooms with plenty of amenities, including fridge, microwave, well-supplied coffee maker, desk and table comfy chairs.. Basically everything you hope to find, and often don't get these days, in motel chains with more modern exteriors.

The price is great, too, even if you have pets! They are very pet friendly here, as well as friendly in general. Pizza Hut delivers, and the is a Love's Travel Stop with a Burger King right across the street. Right next to the motel, without having to cross a street, is a local treat, Coopers Farm Store, filled with fabulous treats to appease even the most discerning Sweet Tooth folks! (I also recommend their own peach wine, which you can bring back to your motel room, chill it in your fridge, and enjoy it while watching HBO.)

Again, I highly recommend the Budget Inn in Fairfield! Great value for the dollar, plenty of amenities, including wi-fi and GREAT air conditioning! It's July in Texas, so it's wonderful to have an AC unit that actually works well, with cool, refreshing air to soothe the weary, too warm traveler :)
