you cant even resort to sleeping on the dirty floors as the bedding is heidious. Trip Advisor should remove this listing completly.  Every bad review is TRUE!!! 
Why they can still be in business?  nothing clean! everything outdated, broken, dirty, worn. Smelly, probably hidden mold.

DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!

This is the worst hotel experience of my life. Stains on the bedding with cigarette burn holes (pics included), rotten shower floor and other damages. I tried to lie down for a nap at one point and it took all but 10 mins to find a bug crawling on me. I didn’t sleep once for the 24 hours i was stuck at this place. Seriously disgusting. Shut this place down. 

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE. 

First off we had prepaid for this dump for 3 days through Expedia. Also advised the Inn that we would be arriving late. All of it was ok'd. After driving from Buffalo we arrived around 10:30pm to find the office closed but people milling around inside...,must be the owners or managers. They finally opened the office up. I gave them the information on the prepaid reservation from Expedia. I was told that Expedia had oversold the location and there was no room. They then promptly chased us out. We had to scramble and did manage to find another place for the evening. We spent the last 2 nights at a hotel in Horsehead. Just be aware of this place. Good news is I did get a refund through Expedia!

Never Got In

I booked 5 rooms at this hotel through a third-party booking site.  I did not read enough reviews.  Usually I feel hotels with low scores are reviewed by people who don't stay in many inexpensive places.  This place seemed to revel in its suckiness.  Like it was my mistake for choosing it.  One of the rooms we checked into had a bag of garbage inside the door.  It smelled like a hotel room with a bag of garbage in August with windows closed.  The owner refused to acknowledge the additional "occupancy tax" I noticed on each invoice.  The price I booked specifically said "THE PRICE YOU WILL PAY AT THE PROPERTY IS $xx.xx" but he would not budge.  He literally told me to sign the paper with the tax and take it up with the 3rd party site after the fact.  This was past midnight and check-in took over 20 minutes.  He was completely unwilling to bend on the overcharge I caught (5 of them, actually, on 5 rooms) even though I removed the trash from his room.  After 3 months, I finally got my refund on the overcharge.  The owner lied about a noise complaint (all guests on our side of the hotel were our friends).   One of my friends was offered meth from one of the guests on the other side(seemed to be a regular). Stay at your own peril.

Worst motel ever, should be bull dozed and a real hotel built in its place. Only thing good was location to Corning glass, Booked originally thru priceline at 70.00 to be canceled and Budget motel doubled the price ( paid 156.00) for the worst night. Bathroom was so gross, no one showered. Was a bug crawling under the matress. I saw a black hair under the sheets, I slept on a towel that I brought. Walls were poorly drywalled, with patches everywhere. No towel hooks in bathroom, we got no sleep because a group of vehicles from Texas were partying outside, yelling to each other until 1am .. we had to be up at 4am for our half marathon. Never ever stay here. Will not make this mistake again.

Do not stay here EVER

My wife & I stayed here it was a disaster zone on August 17/18 2018  very dirty stained sheets no phone they said they couldn't  pay the phone bill. Holes in walls covered with tape. We left for the day came back never vacuum the rugs or cleaned shower /empty garbage basket. Very poor understandable language.

NOT FIT FOR HUMANS

Do Not Stay Here! I booked here for an overnight concert. Checked in and the door lock and door were loose as if recently broken into. Sketchy stained gross homeless fella staying next door to my room. Pealing paint in the room. Sticky fridge door. Giant stain on bed sheet. Mold in shower. BEWARE! Checked out in about 5 minutes of checking in. Front desk refused refund. Manager refused refund. Emails to owner with no response. Stay Away!

Do Not Stay Here!

We picked this because of it being dog friendly. The motel room itself was filthy, urine stains on the sheets (they brought sheets for me to change the linens, someone else grudgingly did this). The dresser drawers were broken and half hanging out. The bathroom was disgusting, corroded faucets, dirty shower. No heat and when we asked for 2 blankets, we were told the motel only had 5 total and 4 were already taken. AVOID, AVOID,AVOID.

This is the worst place we have ever experienced

It's a place to sleep before going to Watkins Glenn Park and the Corning Museum of Glass, the rooms are simple and not very clean, breakfast is scarce, you'd hear about all the neighbors if they didn't have air-conditioning.
