This place was awful! Filthy carpet, ceiling in bathroom collapsing, so couldnt shower, dead bugs everywhere. Ick. Run away! The temp on duty couldn't or wouldn’t share contact information of owners, so no recourse for money back.

Stayed her for a fishing tournament - horrible room loud and door would barely close.  Did not feel safe at all
Musty smell.  Take  your own towels as you wont get fresh ones and can about see through the ones in our room. Would NOt stay again would rather sleep in my truck 

Motel Vivian fishing on Caddo

Tried to cancel several times but they don't answer the phone. Finally called many times for 2 hours and finally got an answer. They then started screaming at me and charged me for the cancel. All I can do is warn you not to stay there.

Unresponsive, then Rude. Do Not Stay here!

I know you get what you pay for ... but seriously? My sisters and I needed a place to lay our heads after a long day with family and didn't feel like driving another 2 hours to get home (9.2016). Well ... when we checked in, the lady at the front desk told us that the room was nice ... what a surprise ... nothing in the room looked like it had been cleaned ...long pieces of hair in the bath tub, dirty carpet and roaches running rampant. I am so glad I had my own mattress and sheets and felt bad for my sisters (yes-we told the lady upon check in there were 3 of us) who were both afraid to cover up with the bedding. I knew this was a cheap hotel, but it should have been clean. When we informed the lady at the desk, she seemed uninterested until we told her we would write a review online and walked out. I can't stress enough ... this hotel needs an overall and/or new management AND SOON. As a business owner (which I am not) and this being the only hotel in the area (without driving to Shreveport/Bossier) I would think - management would ensure that the hotel was clean.

Keep Driving ... Don't Stop Here

This is the only motel in Vivian.  The property is clean and easily accessible.  The staff was very courteous and helpful.  Beware, they do have "Smoking" rooms, so be sure they know your preference.  The room was clean with exception of a forgotten sandwich in the microwave from a previous guest.  The only other "fault" was the bathtub had been repaired with a rubber mat over a crack in the bottom.  Overall, not a bad deal and comfortable.  We did not have a chance to try the attached Mexican restaurant.

Nice Enough

This is a clean and nice motel. The staff is excellent and the service is really nice, too. This is a good motel within the 30 miles to Shrevport. Plus, the rooms include a flat screen tv!!  There is a Mexican restaurant at the same location!! 

a great stay!

I'm sure I will miss a lot of things wrong about this place, where to start.... You get two towels and two wash clothes, No floor mat, No hand towels. You do get bar soap, but no shampoo. NO Coffee Maker, No Iron or ironing board. We Get smoking rooms, but told "YOU HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE TO SMOKE" What is the point of having a smoking room if you can't smoke in it???? Beds are only twin Size, Wife and I had to sleep in separate beds. Price was $70 a night for a $20 a night room. Rooms have phones in them, but there wasn't any dial tone. One trash can, They don't empty it during your stay if you stay more then one day. The only toilet paper your get is whats on the roll, so use it sparingly. Did have Wi-Fi if you are close enough to the office, TV's worked most of the time. Granted it's the only place in town, but you'd be better off driving to Shreveport or Jefferson, TX. What you spend extra on gas you'll probably save on hotel price.
