The worst experience I have ever had. Charged us $318 for a room that was a disaster. People doing drugs on the streets, so much insects in the halls, inside the room we found cockroaches in the bathroom, inside the drawers, a lot of hairs, dead bugs on the windows, the bathroom was in bad condition, the bathtub was disgusting , we found crumbs inside our bed sheets, we refused to stay one more minute over there. ( we stayed just minutes) but of course we couldn’t have our money back, we book it through booking.com we filled a complaint, they tried to help but the hotel denied the refund not even a partial one. Booking.com was great they gave us some credit apologizing for our experience. I was rushing to leave the place so I forgot to take more pics as evidence. I just took the picture of the crumbs i found in the bed.

Disgusting and overpriced

Dirty beds, dirty floors with blood stains, stench all over the place, garbage in the hallways, mouse excrement in the bathroom, dirty towels.

The room smelled like urine. The hotel is not maintained at all; employees are arguing. Card expired every day one towel, no washcloth. They said they had wifi, but it didn't work TV Remote didn't work

Discussing filthy  don't stay here

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been too. The room was disgusting, the beds looked as though they had been slept in, stains on the sheets and on the pillows. The shower was moldy and disgusting. The toilet looked as though it was used and not cleaned. The floor was filthy, with pieces of it peeling off and missing. Not to mention, there was one grimy washcloth and towel in the room for 4 people. We did not even stay, we felt so unsafe and disgusted. They refused to refund us our money and not only that, lied to my credit card company when I attempted to dispute it. I will never stay at a budget inn after this experience.

Absolutely Disgusting

Building has a severe lack of maintenance and felt unsafe.  Door lock was loose.  No dressers or night stands in the rooms, mattresses were still in the plastic bags, only two towels and one washcloth (not even a bath mat), TV didn't work.  I've stayed in many low budget motels for work but when I visit the Jersey Shore, I would expect much better amenities for such an affluent area.  This place was a dump.

Avoid at all costs

The is by far the worst I had ever stayed at. I would of felt more comfortable sleeping in my car. Outlets coming out of wall, bugs in the lights. Do Not Look under the beds. Disgusting. Smoke detector was missing but found it under the bed with plates, cups and water bottles. Microwave was filthy. Freezer was frosted over. Shower handle fell off onto my toes in shower. Sheets had stain and holes. Pillow covers were outdated and uncomfortable. They were yellow instead of a crisp white look  like they should be. A/C unit mounts were rusted. Curtains read coming out of wall. Remote not working for TV. Door jam damaged and handle broken.Outside vents damaged where rodents can enter into building. Need I say more?

WARNING - DO NOT STAY HERE

Absolutely disgusting. Holes in the walls, paint falling off the ceiling. Moldy heater.. door looked kicked in. Towel was not clean.
It truly amazed me that this place can stay open, does New Jersey have no health regulations??? Can people seriously run a disgusting business like this for so many years regardless of countless horrible reviews and reports to DOH? Receptionist did not care for my complaints. Told me I could just find another place to stay.
Avoid at all costs.

The Worst

Not at all welcoming or accommodating.  They are only in business because there aren't enough hotels in the area and people are stuck.  Should be ashamed charging the prices they do for what they offer--awful ...

This place is absolutely disgusting! Our hotel room door looked like it had been kicked in a few times, toilet was leaky and not bolted to the floor. Looks like they just laid fake wood flooring and left the original carpet under and around the bed. There was a weird banging noise above us all night and morning. Walls were covered in stains and filth. Cable TV channels were fuzzy and barely visible.

FIND ANOTHER HOTEL

Outlet boxes hanging out of the walls, filthy carpet, holes in wall and ceiling, shower water doesn't get hot, dead bugs on floor, mattress still in plastic, ice machine broken (and dripping), doors either don't close or don't open, smoke from outlet, door trim loose.

So when I got there, I noticed the place looked a bit rundown on the outside. Upon entry to my room, I noticed it was filthy. Electrical outlets were falling out of the walls, the shower didn't warm up, the mattresses still had plastic wrap on them. I asked for another room - it was worse but I had concert tickets so I told the mgr we'd stay for one night and he can refund us the difference. Upon returning to the room, I couldn't get in. The keycard appeared to work but the door wouldn't open. I got the night mgr and he was also unsuccessful in opening the door. He called his boss who suggested my 12 year old son climb through the window and try to open the door from the inside. He went around outside my room and opened the (screenless) window from the outside! I climbed in and tried to pull the door while he pushed from outside. The inside handle broke off. After about two hours of messing with the door, the mgr uses a tire iron to pry the door open from the outside. He determines the locking mechanism broke and he proceeds to tape the latch and the striker preventing them from closing. He says for security, I have the chain (attached to a very loose piece of trim) and that there is someone at the front desk monitoring cameras 24/7 (even though he spent the last two hours with me). Exhausted, I moved a chair in front of the door and barely slept at all. The next morning, the day mgr offered to knock $50 off and let me stay in another room for the rest of my original booking. I told him to knock $50 off and we'd be on our way. This was a month ago and I am still strongly considering filing a complaint with the board of health.
