My employer put me up for a two week stay. I have 3 main complaints with this hotel first understand I work night shifts so the hotel has a closed front desk 11 pm-7am so get back at around 530-6 am to go  to bed. They only allow 2 tiny towels for a 2 week stay if you want more you have to exchange the dirty for clean so i have to track someone down when im trying to leave for work. The worst is they know i work nights and put a notice on my door that sometime tomorrow when im suposed to be sleeping they will be performing an alarm inspection and i must allow acess to the room. Wont set a time with me for after 3 pm so i can still get sleep. Wont even give .net a time just sometime tomorrow. I pray im not stuck here again also no breakfast or soaps. Not worth the money.

Care nothing for guest comfort

This motel was the worst experience  for me and my wife in 6000 miles redlight on the hwy truckers and jake brakes all night the first room sewer was plugged told manager she gives us draino and said the last guest had to buy a plunger what really the new room the door didnt lock unles u lifted up on it she told us after 2 days then she used a pass key when i was out  came in my room saw zig zags on my desk said i was smokimg in the room which i never did charged me 250 dollars for smokin in the room i didnt. small town small town mentality cant rob from oil workers anymore i guess they gotta get it somewhere

Worst hotel in 6000 miles

Got to are room had no shower curtain no towels no soap no shampoo no cable tv, informed the front desk about the cable tv, she told me to come to the front desk and get a new cable box and remote control. Told her I was going to bed thinking they would have it fixed for the next night, I was wrong. They also informed me they do not supply soap and shampoo, but our other room had it, total lie. After we checked out I asked for a discount, I was told I would get a discount on my next stay. Complete joke. There is a lot of good motels in Watford City that won’t lie to you, stay away!

A complete Joke

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly!!! Staff goes out of their way to be helpful.  This is a dog friendly hotel and the staff are very accomadating to your pets.  Washer and dryer on site too!!

Great hotel

We moved here from Alaska and are waiting for our house to be built so we came to the Woodspring Suites and so glad we chose it. From the first time walking in the door to every single day; we are greeted with a very warm greeting. It doesn't matter how many times a day we walk through the entry way or walk by an employee, they are all very very welcoming and helpful. I truly feel like they go over and beyond for their guests. A lot of oil field workers stay here and are very pleasant and respectful. We have been here for almost three months and it has always been very clean and well staffed. It has really made our stay exceptionally great. Just to name a few of the hard working super sweet rock stars: Sabrina, Michelle, Thomas, Malachi, and DeAnndra. You all have been amazing to me and my family and wont ever forget it. I will definitely be coming back if we ever need to and I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

"A Home away from Home!!!"

Our crew walked in and rather than the usual welcome to _____, we were greeted with "I'll need your ID and sign this release to conduct a background check" to get things started. Sort of felt like we were dealing with jailers at county jail rather than checking into a hotel.
Other than that, for a zero frills establishment it's great for the working man or hunter who doesn't need much besides a bed, plastic chair, bathroom and a kitchenette. I was easily able to hear my neighbors hip hop music and a phone conversation with the other. My sleep sounds app helped drown out the road noise. 

Good for what it is, but..

I was in town visiting family so I did not need the kitchen, but I was impressed with how quiet the place was. I never heard a door slam, TV on, people talking, or even water running. There were a lot of people staying here but it was very quiet. The room and bathroom were very clean. The only problem I had was they do not have hairdryers in the rooms.

From the time I walk through the front door Brandy is the lady at the desk made me feel very warm and welcome and as the time progressed I got to meet a few more of the staff first of all mell who I assume from laundry and the housekeeper name Sharon all very professional and in my opinion the place rocks
