The only thing I could find that needed improvement were the bed pillows.   Lumpy and the air conditioner was dirty.  Is this what we are breathing??? We Other than that, it’s a decent place to stay. 

Please clean the air conditioner 

All of Bloomington was booked up, I was nervous about a place so inexpensive but it was clean, good water pressure, shower clean, bed very firm. Limited breakfast items but that’s ok. Price was great and owner very nice, seemed to be a one man show, he ran the desk and cleaned the rooms!

Overnight stay good

Convenient location with gas and restaurant next to the establishment. Super friendly.  Had everything we needed!  The beds were firm and comfy.  Laundry washer and dryer available. Fridge/freezer combo in room.  Breakfast was okay. Reasonably priced.  Dogs had a spacious area to run.

This is my second stay at Americas Best Value Inn in Wenona. K.P. answered all my questions over the phone when placing my reservation. 

Both visits, this July for 6 nights and last November for 2 nights were consistently GREAT for service and price if you want basic simple accommodations. 

If you want "extra bells and whistles" check with K.P. first, if he cant, then go to a fancy hotel.

Both of my stays were in different rooms, both beds mattresses were firm and comfortable. We thoroughly examined all our mattresses and found no bedbugs. The building was quiet for rest both day and night. The bathrooms were clean and the shower water was hot and never getting cold, no matter when showers were taken. Our beds were made daily without asking.

Breakfast selection is complete for the early risers at 6 AM with hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, a waffle machine, toaster, cereal, milk, coffee, danishes. This free breakfast extends till 9 AM. 

Check-in and check-outs were easy, quick and honest.

GREAT Price, Firm Comfortable Mattress, no bedbugs, free breakfast, 2nd stay for 6 nights

This is a great motel for the value. The rooms are incredibly clean, the bed is very comfortable and it is also very quiet. The manager is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There is a small town 1 mile away, and the town has convenient stores and a few restaurants. Overall, my stay here has been great, and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Nice, quiet, and clean

Very pleased with my visit to Americas Best Value Inn in Wenona Illinois. It is not the most modern appearing motel from the outside, but it is clean. On the inside the cleanliness is spectacular, rooms are spacious and comfortable and the customer service is top-notch, not to mention very, very reasonably priced. Very friendly and accommodating. If you are coming here looking for a bunch of frills, I would suggest searching elsewhere, but if you want a nice, clean,safe and comfortable stay, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The first problem was a dead bug on the bathroom floor.  OK, it was dead so hopefully that meant the exterminator was doing a good job.  Still it was not pleasant.  Next, a top to a water bottle on the floor which meant it had not been swept.  Last straw, there was left over food in the refrigerator.  Time to leave!!!  And we did.  It was late and the last thing I wanted to do was pack up and go to another hotel but I know I could not have slept there.  The manager/owner offered another room but I felt the next room would not be any cleaner than the one I was in.  The bright spot was he did a full refund without a problem.

Horrible experience, had to leave 15 minutes after checked in

My room had a carpet, which has never been cleaned. Although there were no smoking signs everywhere it was stinky as hell. All furniture was sticky. Definitely not worth the money.  Towels were stained I rather used my own.

disgusting room

America’s Best Value Inn is a very good value for the money. Very reasonably priced. Check-in was easy, the manager/owner is very friendly. King, non-smoking room was clean, and had a flat panel TV with HBO, mini-fridge, microwave, hairdryer, and free WiFi. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great nights sleep. There is an ice machine, vending machines, and wash and dryer, which were clean, and very economically priced. Did a great job on the laundry. Pet friendly, with a small fee. There’s big rig parking in a nice sized, well-lit lot. Clean in, and outside the hotel. It shows the owner takes pride, and works very hard to keep things clean. No loud partying, or riff-raff. I felt very safe. Need room key to access hotel from outside. Door on far end is always locked, which I like. No one can just walk in. Free breakfast in the morning of coffee, juice, milk, waffle maker, cereal, etc. There is also a restaurant within walking distance. Good stay, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone,

Comfortable Bed

I gave these guys a Very Good rating because they open at midnight, unlike the Motel 6 in Minonk, IL.  Then room was clean, bed comfortable and got a good night sleep.  Front desk guy was friendly and helped me get checked in at this late night trip.

Hotel was nothing fancy but it had wifi and Dish Network TV, even thought I went straight to bed,  Shower was hot and soap dispensers on the wall.

I would stay here again.
