Place has really gone downhill. The linoleum in the bathroom was curled and loose, toilet hardly flushed and the fan sounded like an airplane taking off. The TV was old, so blurry that I could not watch it, couldn't get the remote to work to change channels . I realize that it was cheap but did not expect to find it in such dis-repair!! Good thing my wife was not along, really disappointed.

Poor choice even for the price

Locally owned and managed by friendly couple. Location in small town is safe and quiet. Reasonable price for clean accommodations. No frills. Room has tv, fridge, microwave. Initially booked for one month but stayed more than two due to work. The owners are friendly and good people.  Would stay again if in the area.

Good stay

Stayed for a month. Very nice couple that own and care for the place. Clean rooms. The price for monthly rate was reasonable, right bye walmart and other shopping and right off the highway. You get what you expect for a motel. I'd stay again.

Great place for the price!

I intially assumed I would only need temporary housing for 2-3 months, but I ended up spending six months at the Cozy Inn.  If I had not been satisfied with the accommodations and the cost, I could have easily explored other options. I found my needs were well-served:  Clean, convenient, safe, and affordable.   The owners were responsive and I had no complaints during my entire stay.    I would very much recommend the Cozy Inn for those seeking short or long-term lodging at a value price.

Long-term satisfaction

I was in need of temporary housing prior to my retirement as our house had sold.  I’ve stayed at the Cozy Inn for 3 months and have found it to fit my needs perfectly.  The rooms are clean, quiet, and safe, and the owners have gone above and beyond to ensure my stay has been comfortable and secure.  If you are looking for a good value in lodging, whether overnight or an extended stay, I recommend you check out the Cozy Inn.

Exceeded my expectations

Business

First positive was the cost. It was half of the cost of other motels. The manager is the owner and his wife are both very friendly. The owner takes pride in keeping the rooms clean and in good repair. I had everything I needed and extra money for enjoying the family and area. The Inn is centrally located to many businesses, to include restaurants and shopping. When I go back, I’m staying here again.

Five stars. The room was very affordable and the staff was amazing and super friendly. I would recommend this motel to anyone. Made my stay that much better. I spent a whole week here. And the owners made sure I was taken care of and safe as I was a single female traveling on my own. Even went out of their way to show me the camera place and assure me nothing would happen to me or my vehicle

Five stars. Amazing stay

Poor, asked me to lea e when i asked him for clean linens.  Demand to come i to my room and "make my bed" when i was gone and asked please dont. . Canceled my last three days, and only refunded $65. And asked me  to get out in one hour. Somethings not right about that place. Bates hotel!! Beware

I stayed here for a week while I was in between houses. Very affordable. Room was clean and well kept. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Owner was super friendly and made sure to make my stay as comfortable as possible. It's very near the highway so convenient to go and from. Nice quiet location. Would definitely stay again.
