I stayed at Regency Inn in Winnemucca during my trip in USA this summer, unfortunately I forgot a belonging (an expensive dental prosthesis) in the room, well I tried to get in contact with the reception for 2 weeks to organize at my expenses a courier, they were simply helpless.They were not willing to help me in any way, they just had to print a label for the parcel, they were not able and willing to to it.I would have expected a little bit of help and cooperation to solve my problem, they simply did not care about it.

Clean and comfortable. Roomy bathroom area. Good, firm bed. Appreciated the amenities like 2 bottles of water, a nice hand mirror, a notepad and pen, lots of outlets by bed and good toiletries. 

Only complaint was too much room fragrance. Had to leave the door open for a while. 

Great spot to stop on a budget!  ( And super breakfast 2 blocks walk at The Griddle)

Appreciate the Amenities at this Price point 

I appreciate that we were able to find a budget friendly room with 3 queens for our family as we just made a quick 1 night stop in Winnemucca. It was clean, we were able to use the microwave for dinner and most of us slept comfortably.

Lower end hotel, bed needs replaced but exceptionally clean, but really noisy especially if you stay on the ground floor. Tight parking but Wi-Fi worked great and lots of channels on the tv. Would stay there again.

Amazingly Clean

To make unpacking my trunk quick and easy, I needed a motel with doors opening onto the parking lot.  I called the motel front desk about two hours before arrival to see if they had any ground floor rooms still available. The woman said she could arrange it so we could have a ground floor room. The room was clean and we slept well.  We will definitely stop here again if we need a room in this area.

My wife and I stayed here last night. The room is clean - nothing special or fancy. Water pressure in shower is great. The only downside is the traffic on the road. But then, it looked like all the places to stay were on the main drag. Just be aware.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable n an added dressing room with wash basin was so convenient specially when we were travelling with kids.  
Hotel manager made our late night check in without any hassle (1.30 AM).  staff was courteous.  

Over all stay was good n recommended. 

Wonderful stay,  recommended for family stays

Was going to be arriving late evening so just needed some place to sleep.   The local hotel we usually stay at was full.  We tried the Regency.   Parking lot is not friendly for pickup with bike rack full of bikes.   Had to leave bikes attached since room is very tight.  Did not get much sleep due to lots of traffic noise.   Sirens, motorcycles with loud pipes, and other noise from adjacent roadways.  Cable did not work had to go to office and wait for them to come up and reset cable box.

I make quarterly trips to California to visit my mom. I always book the Regency Inn and I am never Disappointed. Parking is available right in front of my Room. Plenty of room for my Disabled mom to move freely around room. Comfy Beds.. Hot water and great water pressure in Shower. Mini Fridge..Micro Wave.. Coffee Maker and Bottled water in the room. Regency Inn is Perfect for our overnight stops in Winnemucca. Definitely will cont. to stay here.

Great Budget Hotel

Not good. Good location in town but tight parking.
Sink so low looked like we were in an elementary school. Our shoes stuck to the bathroom floor.
WI fi available and comfy bed.
But walls so thin you can hear every sound.
Would not recommend this motel.
