This impressive house has a lot of space, and the owners have preserved much of the historic sense. Jared was welcoming and helpful, helping to carry suitcases up the our third floor room.  The property would benefit from more lighting, but it is a charming, well preserved building and we very much enjoyed our stay. 

Authentic experience 

This is a wonderful place to stay! My husband and  I have crazy schedules and came here to relax.  The house itself has loads of character and is true to time period.  The owners are very sweet and down to earth. You can tell they love this place and take great effort in caring for it.  The rooms are spotless and the breakfast is delicious. The waffles were especially fantastic! Don't hesitate to book. I am very picky and can honestly say I'm impressed!!

Just amazing!

House is wonderful! The owner is Fantastic . When we booked it was a couples  trip but ended up bringing  3 extra. The room was comfortable for all of us. The bed was comfortable  and breakfast  was great.

Quick weekend  trip 

My friend and I spent one night at the Victorian Charm Inn on our way to the Finger Lakes. My friend joined me at the last minute; the Inn had a cancelation and switched my reservation to a different room with two beds at the same price I'd paid for a one bed room, which I thought was nice.

Patty was very kind and answered many questions we had about the Inn and Towanda. Our breakfast was tasty. 

The room was comfortable. In fact, we had a little wing on the first floor. We had a hall with a mini fridge just for us, a room with two beds and a bathroom. All was very clean.

I'd definitely stay at the Victorian Charm Inn again. 

Lovely inn and friendly service

What a lovely Queen Anne Victorian - inside and out. Owners Jack and Mindy were more than excellent hosts - they made us feel like family. We had a scrumptious breakfast each day and had some excellent conversations with other guests as well as Jack and Mindy. This home must have been the grandest home in Towanda back in 1897 and you still feel the presence of former guests who attended balls/parties (and not in an eerie way!). Luckily the house plans for the first floor and the renderings of the homes facades were engrossing. The housekeeper (Patty, I believe?) was very knowledgeable about the house and its history, too. We had a lovely time at the Victorian Charm Inn!

Great architecture and innkeepers!

Stayed here Labor Day weekend for a little getaway with my wife.  Towanda itself is a cute little town that you've never heard of, with a neat river walk to enjoy and a few good shop and restaurants.

As for the Victorian Charm Inn, the owners were very friendly and welcoming people.  We enjoyed our short conversations with them, and you can tell they take pride in what they do.  Room was very clean, and breakfast was very good with adequate portions.  Parking was a bit of an issue, but only because some people don't understand the concept of the lines that actually outline the parking spots.  You can't fix stupid.  Only small comment about the rooms was the towels and washrags seemed a little worn, could probably use an upgrade.  Overall though, we were super pleased with the facility, the price, the people, and the town.  I could absolutely see us staying here again.

Wonderful Place For A Getaway

Absolutely beautiful, very old, enormous house with some of the best customer service you can ask for. Jack carried all our bags and "stuff" to our rooms even though he had been sitting down to dinner with his family. He also corresponded with me via text to work out the reservation and arrival time. Great home cooked, hot breakfast in the morning with great coffee. I am super picky about my coffee and this was really good. Breakfast was relaxed and homey. Rooms were clean and the beds and pillows very comfy. We were there during the hottest week of the year and room air conditioner did just fine. Some rooms like mine have private baths, which I had requested. There is ample off street parking. I would definitely return should I need to stay in that area again and strongly recommend staying here.

Wonderful place to stay

Not really much to say. A nice and quiet place with friendly owners. If you are a traveling healthcare worker, they offer a generous rate. Rooms are clean and Coffee and breakfast is included. a short walk from the central business district in Towanda 

Very nice and quiet 

This home is so well furnished with some of the most gorgeous period  furniture, frames, desks , stairwells - everything you look at is just as perfect as how the host Jack and his family will welcome you into their home to share.  Comfortable beds, perfect climate and as quiet as it gets for a perfect stay.  Super clean throughout and you could not possibly prepare any better breakfast - Jack knows how to run a bed and breakfast but could be the next star on "Hells Kitchen"  Could not have chosen a better place to stay - Top Notch and Kudos

The Gold Standard of B&B

This place is simply gorgeous. Immaculate, true to period, and the owners Jack and Mindy are so sweet and welcoming! O highly recommend the Mandeville rooms....private  balcony. Everything is within walking distance.
