The hotel is very well-equipped, has a 4-star category reception. I arrived at about 21 hrs and didn't like the neighborhood at all, immediately I felt very insecure walking around with bags in that area. In that neighborhood there are many sanatoriums, a rock theater, and a huge building under construction that I imagine will give a very good boost to that area. We were in a room with shared bathroom. Very nice room, clean, LCD TV with many channels. The best of all was the attention, the ability to order delivery without problems, using heavy weights and if you don't remember a bad feeling a microwave, reception 24 hrs. Lobus was for me was the neighborhood (Cordón) so if you're looking for high-speed reception in the days, deciding the night, and deciding the guy from the reception said something is safe, the low-speed cars are safe, and the prices of the rooms are very low.

Just to rest (if it's not too hot)

We were in a room with a shared bathroom, the price is very good, the room is good size and a window that looks out onto the street. The bad thing is that it smelled like a cigarette. The bathroom was always clean, the shower was always hot. Good service. The only thing on the booking list was air conditioning and a fan, they don't have any of that, the reception guy gave me a fan, because it was hot enough.

A good place to be.

The reception staff are very friendly and are quick to help with any inquiries. The rooms and bathrooms were always very clean. The place is quiet and quiet, it is close to the center and has a supermarket a few steps away. The only thing that was not entirely comfortable was that the room in which we stayed was right on the street and could be very noisy making it difficult to rest especially on weekends (no one else stayed because it is the only location for rooms with shared bathroom).
