Had the most warming and comfortable few days staying at green hostel could not recommend this place more!! Very kind couple who run this and even made us a dinner on our last evening!! Stay here 10/10

Amazing stay!! 

The room was the cleanest we ever had in Vietnam for more than a month. There was not mosquito or insect at all. The bed and sheet smelled very clean and the bed was very comfortable and soft.
The hot shower was amazing because it’s a bit chilly when we were in Da Lat. 
WiFi was very fast. I managed to have video chat on skype smoothly for 3 hours.
The hostel is on a quiet street and there are plenty of cheap restaurants and cafes and the best barbecue nearby.
We booked one night only but ended up with 9 nights at last. The owners are very nice and invited us for free dinner for three nights and we had great fun at his birthday party one night. They even took us for free karaoke and shared their home made alcohol. We got problems with our motorbike and luckily the owner used to be a mechanic and speaks good English, he helped us to fix our bike for couple hours. He is also an easyrider who is knowledgeable about attractions in Da Lat, Mui Ne and Saigon. The best thing was that he never tried to sell any tours to us but was very generous to share information with us. The wife cooked very tasty breakfast for us every morning, which was bread, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, fruit and coffee or tea.
The balcony with sofa was lovely and it’s the best value we found in Da Lat.            
It would be a plus if there is a chair in the room and hot water from the tag but it didn’t bother at all. We felt very sad to leave and would definitely stay there again!

Everything was perfect, the best stay in Da Lat

Me and my girlfriend stayed here and were treated like members of the family from day one. You get an amazing free breakfast every morning and a delicious free dinner every other night and for ten dollars a night for a clean, huge private room with en suite bathroom how can you go wrong.

The location was prefect and only ten minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants which means you get the best of both worlds as the area is nice and quiet at nights.

The staff went out of there way to make us feel at home and always keen if you had any questions about where to eat or where to go.

Laundry and motorbike rental are both really cheap.

We left Da Lat to go to Mu Nei for a few days then returned straight back to Da Lat Green Hostel.

10/10. Only place I'd stay if I came back to Da Lat

BEST HOSTEL IN DA LAT PROBABLY VIETNAM

Small cozy hostel located in a quiet area in Da lat. There are a couple of cafes in the area and a beautiful view over Da Lat. The couple who runs the hostel are friendly, very welcoming and sweet. Rooms are clean. I would stay there again I come back to Da lat. 



Highly recommendable!!

The hostel is quite a way out of town. It probably takes about 20 minutes to get to where the majority of restaurants and bars are.
I stayed in the dorm which in low season I had all to myself apart from the manager sleeping in there.
The staff are kind and will try their best to help you with what you need. They gave us a scooter ride to the bus station in the morning.

Not a great location

This place has a great owner. Together with his wife he will give you all the advise you need. The breakfast is delicious and we were even once invited to join them for dinner. Great place to experience local Vietnamese life. Great value.

Excellent place for backpackers

I visited this place with my friend back in January 2016. It's small, cozy, perfect. They make you feel right at home. And they offer motorbike tours or Vietnam, which we took... dudes biked us up past the DMZ, dipping into all manner of local attractions I'd never have guessed at or found on my own. Not like cheap quickie temples, either. This guy knows his stuff. If you're in Da Lat for a while, here's a good stopping point. And if Da Lat is a springboard to larger Vietnam, as it was for us, then here's a great starting point. 

Solid place, amazing hosts

It's a good family hotel with 2 double rooms and 1 dormitory. We're really well received and well advised for activities by very friendly owners. Dalat is a big hilly city so the best thing is to rent a scooter directly from the hotel for 100,000 VND. We were able to test the Vietnamese house breakfast with a Pho made and we were offered a good dinner with nems. An excellent price ratio!

It's a good hotel.

We were in Dallas for only a couple of days and we picked a room for two with a bathroom. We placed it on the second floor. The street is quiet, next to the cafe (where there is only coffee) and 10 minutes to the local cafes (where you can already eat). The room is clean, nothing extra (literally :) only a bed), but there were all the bathroom accessories (carpet, soap, toothbrush and pasta, shavings). Breakfast included: sandwich, coffee and a couple of fruits. Very tasty. The hostess is incredibly open, kind and always ready to help. She invited us even for dinner! We were also able to rent her bikes for the entire time of stay.

The hospitality of the Dalit.

We actually wanted to stay only 2 nights but it was extended to 3 nights. Very loving couple who would like to help with questions! booked an easy rider tour to Saigon (drivers were bo+du) this was a wonderful experience! They speak good English and taught us a lot about Vietnam!! we would go back there and book a tour again.
