Great place for the money, clean new rooms, she just started a MINI STORAGE BUSINESS. Which is very rare in Asia and a great idea. My backpack storage issues are over. She does traveler support too, like showers, hangout while wait for flight etc. Smart.Nice lady

Very good price for a new apartment with views of the river and mountains the rooms are clean and bright and it's a lovely walk along the riverfront  an excellent spot to walk or run as large spacious promenade it is also not far from restaurants and amenities

We stayed 3 nights at Aloe Garden. The proprietress made us feel at home immediately. Our room was clean and nicely  furnished and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. She arranged drivers and tours for us. It is not like many home stays...you reallly feel at home.....no need for a key...she was always ready to let us in. It was quiet and a pleasant walk to restaurants and the river. I highly recommend this place to single travelers and women for the security it offers

Friendly, clean homestay

Aloe Garden is a perfect example of Vietnamese openness and kindness. A beautiful, spotlessly clean house with a sweet and friendly hostess, it was a delight to stay at and I wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect homestay

If you want to have a great experience, Nhat's house is the best choice. I stayed here for 5 days. The property's location is perfect, wifi is reliable and fast enough for work. The house is very clean. Nhat will give you the cheapest and the best price for the car to and from Hoi An/Airport. She doesn't care much about getting money from the customers, what she really cared about is for her guest to have a wonderful experience in Da Nang. Nhat is so caring, and does keep in touch even after you check out, she's like a sister and a mom to everyone. 

The price is good enough because the room is spacious and has complete toiletries, which includes the change of towels too. The AC works perfectly, and there's a television in the room but didn't' get to check that out. The heater in sink and the shower works too. 

Overall the stay at Aloe Garden is unforgettable, and I would surely come back here should I ever be in Da Nang in the future.

Perfection

Out of two weeks in Vietnam this was the most delightfully personal and helpful accommodation we experienced in Vietnam. Our hosts could not have done more for us. We are definitely going back. Da Nang was our arrival point in Vietnam and we could not have asked for more. Our hosts gave us great information that helped us travel using local phone apps that saved us a lot of money. The accommodation is very clean with the best bathrooms we had in Vietnam. The local food in the area gave us a good introduction to Vietnamese street food and the rooftop garden is a great place to chill out. We are so glad that we chose to stay in Aloe Vera Garden.

Delightful

One of the most beautiful accommodations here in Vietnam. Very centrally located and still quiet. The view from the rooftop terrace is priceless. But the best were the hosts. Very kind and helpful. Thanks Dung ✌😀

Best host

Wonderful quiet place with friendly hosts. The view from the top deck is amazing. It's far nicer than most homestays but a little more expensive. It's worth it. Their are great food choices close. We wished we could stay longer
