My friends and I have been here fore a few times before Covid 19 and now after Covid I returned here and so enjoyed with our stay here . Although the foods here are not as good as we expected and it was very expensive and not good for valued what we paid .the restaurant has no air conditioning So it was  so hot on summer days .After going to the peak of Bavi national park we came back here for lunch n rest after that we went swimming here in mineral cold and hot pool which were fantastic also we used sauna and steam jacuzzi. We enjoyed our stay here because it’s very convenient for my friends and I to exploring the Ba Vì national park quite often .

Fantastic swimming pool

Just be back from Tanda resort today and I dont think I have a valuable reason to come back. The service is just so- so. We came there late ( at 7pm) and ordered 5 packages for 3 ppl so they thought that we gonna use the two one at the next day  ( I cant enjoy my soaking with fresh milk T.T). 
For food, I would like to give 8p for view and -111111111 for foods and waiter service. They are unfriendly as if we ate for free. Also the food was an nightmare. I called somdum, corn chicken soup, thai spicy hot pot but all of them are very above average and wayyy expensive. Same for lemonade and passion fruit juice. In conclusion : bad

It doesnt worth the money

Place is well located in border of a lake. Garden is nice.
When you arrive, it seems an abandoned place. Rooms could be nice but need to be refreshed. The food is tasteless, don't even spend a dollar in that. 
Impossible to take a bath as I would have needed 4 hours to fill it.
Overall a very poor experience in a place that could be nice

does not worth the money !

The price is high but service is very bad, room is old, the surrounding is nice but need to be improved, the worst breakfast ever for a kind of resort like this. In general, it’s not worth for money!!!

Don’t come!

Nothing fit with 4star and their price... What re pity because they are located in nice place, nice lake, quiet village around but seem like they ruin those by karaoke and stuff... We could't enjoy because noisy in restaurant, in swimming poor... Not too crowd but seem like this place suitable with group and they make very noise in everywhere . After we could't  stand with noisy in swimming pool ( even not many people... have few small group and they made terrible noisy) We ordered mud bath and was waiting a long time... I guess They often come after you nearly lose patients and will say nothing then.. I think some can improve like even staff can't communicate by English but at lease they should show their friendly and caring... Tourists we can feel that... I voted for some security guy in gate and car park and some women who gardened they are friendly and nice. 

Upset !

Had a terrible experience here and wont come back again. When we finish our bussiness course there, the staff try to "cast" us out by loud and rude music. The food is also not my appetite. Rice has the smell of rotten piece.

Terrible manners, low quality services

Reading the reviews on TripAdvisor, I expected the worst when I was invited to participate in a seminar that was taking place in this resort. It's an old resort, which is largely in a state of disrepair. There are one or two new buildings, like the indoor pool, but the remains are in the process of being decomposed. The little house that was assigned to me was particularly dirty. The joints of the bag (which was spitting a lamentable meal with a net of water) were black dirt and we haven't swept under the bed since the dawn.

Really not terrible...

The complex itself consists of: a lake where there are resting houses, massage houses (it is very nice, although without discoveries and luxury), a pool with a roof and dressing room with mineral water, a restaurant, courtyards, a lounge, bicycles, a hall with water jars, filled at will with fresh water, milk, orange cherry, roses and so on, a bathroom. The bathroom is used for bathroom use.

The closest place to Hanoi is a decent place to rest.

This complex has everything for the rest of the family, as well as a large company. A walk around the pool on boats or water bikes. A restaurant on 2 floors for pleasant leisure. A local kitchen is prepared exclusively. A children's playground for small children. A tennis court, running tracks. Electric cars are provided for quick familiarization with the territory of the resort. Many take time-trip cycles.
