The resort has a great advantage of owning a spacious space, with a green space which is suitable for both team-building and leisure acitivites. There is a space right besides the pool for seafood bbq and especially  with  wonderful sunset view to the sea. 
However, the amenity and the room itself needs to be improved.

It's a place that locals love for relatively little money, local service, Vietnamese food, simple interiors and living conditions - very Spartan.

Without a trace...

We went there yesterday, on a friend's trip, at this time, this place is under construction and the old bungalows have been demolished to make way for new, better equipped ones. The electrical and sanitary facilities have also been rebuilt. For now, it's a real construction site, mixing pebbles, trucks and workers, everywhere, but there's no doubt that in 2 months everything will be finished and in service. The location is ideal, with direct access to the beach. The pool is large and cleaned every day, except, of course, during these works. We will try to stay there once the work is done.

In the works

If you are looking for a five star service and a crowded place with many creation activities, this is not the ideal one. But it's good enough for families who enjoy quiet, peaceful, full of sea wind environment. The price is reasonable especially for the family room (5 beds for 10 persons). My family come here once a year and always choose family room which is a glass house. We can look outside to see the blue sea from our beds. 
There's a market next to the resort where you can buy lots of delicious seafood (both raw and cooked) at cheap price. 

Good for family trip!

The entrie resort seemed worn and rubbish was everywhere. 

We ordered bungalows with sea view but got the old bungalows far away from the beach ( not that it really mattered, because the beach was so full of rubbish it was useless ). 

We were asked to pay cash in advance! ( 112$) - I had 120 but they could not give back in Dong, so had to find 4mio Dong. 

Restaurant I was told closes at 8pm. When we came at 7 it was already closed. Breakfast was included but it really did not matter. We tried to order juice but could only get lemon. Icecoffe was ordered instead of coffe but at an extra charge. .. 

I expected more from a beach resort and moved to one of the other resorts in town and had a great stay there.

Thank God we only booked one day!

Linens and towels were dirty and the room was full of mosquitoes. However, hotel environment was nice --- lots of trees and hammocks. Do not count on hotel service - it's non-existent. You'll probably get a nicer hotel for the price you pay. 

Poor hygiene but nice hotel environment

I was taken there actually by the owner of the resort who gave us a wonderful lunch in a hut by the sea. Even though the place is still under construction, they have 7 beautiful rooms, free wifi (no password!), beautiful outdoor pool, lots of huts, beautiful view and nice people.

There's not much too do but the owner will think about more maintenance and activities in the future. It's a place to stay if you want to escape to the calm, relaxing and quiet atmosphere.

Pleasant

We came here last month. That was a reasonable place to rest and relax. Pristine and safe beaches. The room was well design and classic romance. Bedroom was clean but a bit small. The pool was large and very friendly, cleaned in the morning and we had sweet moments in which. Air is fresh. Food is always fresh and varied but comes with quite expensive. Would recommend to all friends and acquaintances. Come to enjoy.

Come to enjoy

This resort is completely retired, about 20 km from Vung Tau I think, not very convenient when you know that you don't drive very fast here. The rooms are very isolated, you can either rent bungalows, or very well-arranged rooms that look like mini bungalows. The greenery is omnipresent, it is a real haven of peace. There is no beach but a large swimming pool by the sea, the facilities are just correct. The sports facilities are very small Tau. To be classified, this hotel should have a part of a restaurant resort worthy of this name. Now, it is non-existent.

All right, just a little bit away from everything...

After our one-night expedition to Hotel Rang Đông, the hotel opposite, we were able to visit this resort early in the morning, the pool, the restaurant and the bungalows In short, we stayed for two days The place is very nice in a park with trees, the bungalows are quiet, away from the road, the beach is nearby, the restaurant feels closed, but we can eat outside under the pads The pool is large and very friendly, and cleaned in the morning, we saw The restaurant is quite good and of good quality The staff does not speak English, which can lead to a lack of English to make themselves alone The boss speaks to understand that the price is rather close to a complex of twenty bungalows, but the hotel has a very large number of rooms, and we have to avoid the hotel in advance, and the hotel is very convenient, but we have to make sure that the customer does not come to the hotel in a very long time, and the hotel is very comfortable, and the hotel is very convenient.
