Lovely place to stumble upon, rooms spacious and clean, host was extremely friendly and helpful, offered us an upgraded room upon arrival with more space (paid extra of course, but worth it!) location good being right on the main strip and opposite the beach front, and we enjoy walking and exploring so for us was a good location.

We are just checking out of this little gem in Mui Ne. We stayed here for two nights after a pretty disastrous first night in Mue Ne at the Vahn Than hotel up the road (please see review for there!) 
The lady that runs these apartments is super friendly and always greeted us with a smile and helpful info. The rooms are very reasonably priced and the location is perfect for access to the main strip with restaurants and bars etc.  
The room was absolutely spotless with good aircon and a kettle and fridge. There is a TV in the room that we couldn't get on, but that doesn't matter to us at all. There is some building work going on at the side of the hotel, but this is only during the day and doesn't affect us at all. 
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if in Mui Ne.

Lovely place in central Mui Ne 

This is low budget and simple.. but it is a very nice little place.. family run business right across the road from the bo ke seafood restaurants.. we had a lovely time cooking our own food that we bought at fishing villiage in mui ne.. highly recommend if you want a more genuine experience of vietnam.

Absolutely perfect for us.

My partner and I chose this guesthouse as our base to stay for four nights in Mui Ne. It's close to the main drag (i.e. near seafood restaurants and the backpacker village), though more restaurants, as well as coffee shops, convenience stores and tour companies can be found a little bit further up the road. Taxis and the red public bus can take you around the local area to other places / attractions quite easily, as can renting a scooter (though be careful of which company you pick - make sure it's a recommended one!) The double room we booked was very spacious - probably the largest room we've had throughout our time in SE Asia! It was very clean, towels were replaced after a couple of days, everything worked. It also included a stove with two hobs, a sink, fridge and wardrobe, and there appeared to be an option of a month-long lease if you wanted to stay that bit longer. However, sometimes the Wi-Fi was a bit patchy in the evening, as that's the time people are most likely to use it. The staff running the guesthouse were friendly and willing to help you. Bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Mui Ne as it's excellent value for money!

Ideal for budget-conscious travellers!

The accommodation is conveniently located, in the center, a few meters from the beach and with restaurants around.The room is spacious, with 2 large beds, kitchen, bathroom and a small reception with a table.In the room there is A/C. Lo malo es la humedad and the 2 cockroaches that lived in the bathroom.Both the owner and his family were very friendly.

 Excellent location

We spent four nights in a modest but clean room for 4€/pax. So price/performance was more than top and for people who simply want something simple to sleep in a pleasant environment, just the right one.

Good location and nice staff

loved it - nice area & over the road from the beach! Were lucky to also get a upgrade on arrival and ended up with a little house.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with strong A/C & WIFI.

Lots of places to eat out at night along with a few bars we enjoyed to visit. 

Loved It

The place is really nice and quite well located, it's quiet little apartments in a quiet garden or there's the essentials for cooking, fridge, utensils, everything there is... no more expensive than another classic hotel with nothing available... so if you want to visit mui n born I really think this is a good address to do it...

Very good stay.

We stayed 3 nights in this well located, clean guesthouse, the rooms are large (equipped with a kitchenette and a refrigerator) and we had 2 double beds. Excellent quality/price ratio The outside is quite nice and we were able to rent a scooter. The people who own this guesthouse are also very welcoming!!!

Really nice stay

It's quiet enough. The price and quality are excellent. The rooms are clean. The hostess is very hospitable. We stayed for three days. It's a 15-minute walk from the big beach. Restaurants are also close, like clubs. You can rent a moto, but you have to be very careful with the arrangements.
